This is the worst dental office I have ever been to. I was transferred here by Newport dental for a re-root canal case that was severe and needed to be done ASAP due to the infection spreading quickly. They submitted a request to my medical and told me they’d reach back out within 2-4 weeks and I called back 4 weeks later, nothing. 6 weeks later, nothing. 2 months later nothing. 4 months later nothing. And they kept telling me they’re going thru approvals from medical and they’ll get back to me within 2 days, NOTHING. Now it’s been almost 5-6 months and I’m calling everyday and they don’t answer. I’m in pain and my tooth is gum around that tooth is discoloring.

I went here for a root canal and it was the BEST dental experience I've ever had. I was pregnant and uncomfortable, and Dr. Osorio and his staff made me feel so comfortable. They were friendly and quick, and I didn't feel a thing. So thankful.

Dr. Osoria is treating my 9year old and let me tell you!! He is very patient and caring! So is the amazing staff! Its hard to find a dentist who is willing to be patient with kids mostly when they are having a “scary” procedure for a 9year old. HIGH RECOMMENDED!! Thank you Dr. Osoria and thank you to your amazing staff!

Great orthodontist . On the day of my appointment I went in very nervous because I had to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out on local anesthetic and my bottom wisdom teeth were impacted but the staff was very reassuring in explaining that the procedure would be quick and painless . I really didn’t feel a thing!. They really make sure to take care of their patients by making them feel safe and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this office!!

My wife and I both are so thankful for Dr. Osoria and his wonderful staff. They are always friendly and professional. We were forced due to our insurance to seek dental care elsewhere for a short period, but were thrilled to be able to return and receive that genuine care and thoughtfulness Dr. Osoria’s staff has continually provided. Keep up the great teamwork! You are such a blessing!!! We love our dental care family!

Overall I had a very good experience. I don't like to go to the Dentist due to a previous bad a experience many years ago I get really bad anxiety when I go and my BP goes up but the friendly staff and the doctor made it much easier for me. It was great to see the staff was bilingual and even explained to my mom what was going to happen. I was out in less than an hour for Two wisdom teeth extractions. I will definitely be coming back.
