First time here! From day one the staff was friendly and proffessional. Family member referred me. The office is clean and the decor is pretty. Happy they accept my insurance Delta Dental 🙂 Dr.Zeip is caring and gentle. Looking forward to my next visit.

Before going to Doctor Zeip I had some faulty dental work done, I wanted to get it fixed and I thought that Doctor Zeip would be the man for the job because I have known him for years and I trusted him. He knew the context and he knew that other dentists had worked on my teeth beforehand. Knowing that, he accepted my appointment. I was charged close to $500 for the consultation and I paid up front with cash. After he had received the cash, he refused to work with me because he said, “other dentists have already started the job”. I don't understand why he accepted me if he already knew he wasn’t going to be of any help. I didn’t even mind the amount that I paid for the consultation, but I at least expected a report on what was wrong like I had asked him about in the beginning. To my surprise, in person and in the report all he said was how he can’t work with me because other dentists already started, which was what he already knew before. The ambiance is very odd now, the older and new female assistant seems to be the one who makes the decisions there. During my appointment they accepted me and I was very happy. But, during my x-ray, the assistant was very rough and seemed very frustrated with me because I was in pain (even then I didn’t think that the doctor would say no). The doctor said that he had to attend to a patient that he had supposedly sedated for some kind of dental work when he just went to his office to talk with the assistant. I waited a long while and decided to leave in the interest of my time. I told the secretary that I was leaving and she said that the doctor will call me later. All of the sudden the assistant comes back and she says that the doctor just wants to see me now so that he could tell me in my face that he can’t do treatment. Which is very disappointing to me because despite knowing me for several years, and being in the same social circle with my son’s friends and our family, why did he do this? Just for money or what? This compromises his integrity in both his work and his word.
With this, the conclusion I have is that my boys will not see this dentist anymore. New patients be weary.

I had my teeth cleaned and had my teeth checked by Dr. Zeip. He advised me that I need some maintenance done on my crown and filling, that were having problems. He was very professional, and I trust him to do a great job. I believe I've been seeing Dr Zeip for over twenty years, and I have no plans of leaving.

Dr. Zeip is skilled dentist who is easy to talk to and his staff quite able to answer any questions I might have in a caring manner. I have no problem referring my friends to his practice. Dr. Zeip and especially his dental hygienist Patricia, have never made me feel rushed. I recently had a new crown put in and it fits so perfectly. All the staff is highly trained and qualified, I always feel that they really do know what they are doing.

My husband and I, and our daughter, have been patients of Dr. Zeip since he opened his practice in 1998. My husband and I have needed a variety of work done, including crowns and bridges, and the results are always expertly done. Dr. Zeip fully explains what work needs to be done and discusses a schedule for completion. The hygienists are also proficient and pleasant. The office staff are always courteous and informative about charges and payment, and will pursue answers to questions about insurance whenever needed. We highly recommend this office for both preventive and other dental care and treatment.
