I did not have a good experience here personally. The front office staff were very rude when I called just for an update on a prior auth. They wanted me to pay $175 as a copay when I have Denti-cal and no job? So why would i have a copay? Called Denti-cal and they told me I did not have a copay with them because I have no income on file so they would not charge me anything to get what I needed done. Asked me to come in early at 9 when my appointment was scheduled for 10 waited 45 min in the lobby just to have the doctor look at me for 3 min top. Went there at 9 and didn’t leave till almost 11 majority of that time waiting that’s ridiculous for a dentist visit that you asked me to come in early for. The ONLY good thing from my first appointment with them was the lady doing my X-rays she was kind. Ended up switching to a different doctors office with a much better experience. Cancelled my prior authorization with them and got it approved somewhere else with NO copay crazy right! Will never recommend them to anyone unless you want to be unnecessarily charged for unknown services.

Dr Nguyen is just amazing! She is always hearing me out to any problem or concerns that i have with my teeth. Great, friendly, and super nice staff, Liz is an amazing receptionist, always greets me with a friendly and positive smile! Thank you for your amazing work.

I usually hate going to see the dentist but that feeling changed after seeing Dr. Nguyen. She is the absolute best along with her staff! Everyone was so very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I have work throughout the week so it was hard trying to find a dental office that is open on the weekend. Luckily for me this office takes appointments on Saturdays. I had 4 fillings done and Dr. Nguyen did an amazing job making my procedure as comfortable as possible and I could tell she takes great pride in her work. She also fixed my chipped front tooth the same day, and it looks like it never happened.

Have you ever used Photoshop? I just got one of my teeth "clone tooled" in real life! I had this pesky chip in one of my front teeth for over a decade that Dr. Elizabeth filled, which now looks as though nothing was ever there! I'm still in disbelief with the results.

In addition to performing miracles with her cosmetic procedures, she and her team do an amazing job with everything else, too. They are all so patient, professional, thoughtful and take great care making me feel comfy and at home. One can even watch TV while laying in the chair - how cool is that?

Dr. Elizabeth is most definitely a master at her craft and has set high standards. Every time I leave I feel like several million bucks, which makes me look forward to coming back! Who knew going to see the dentist would make one feel this way? Thank you so much again, Dr. Elizabeth and team, for my great smile!

I was having pain with one of my wisdom teeth and my permanent retainer was scratching the inside of my mouth. When I called other dental offices, some wouldn't take my insurance, whereas others wouldn't be able to see me for a few weeks. Tustin Village Dental saw me the very next day and walked me through everything to make sure my insurance would be taken for the visit. Dr. Nguyen didn't seem in a rush like most dentists and went through all of my options with me. She even took the time to explain why my mouth was hurting and showed me my x-rays. What I liked about this office over other dental offices I visited was that they showed me all of my options, explained what I needed right away and what could wait. The entire process was quick and painless, and the Dr. and her staff explained everything to me so that I knew what to expect next.

Dr. Nguyen and her entire team are just amazing.

I recently moved to Tustin and I did a lot of research before settling to Tustin Village Dental as my new dentist.

I came in for a check-up where they took my x-rays to see how my teeth are doing. Dr. Nguyen was very honest in telling me I needed some fillings done. Afterwards, her assistant did my teeth cleaning. Given that I have been a mega lazy couch potato in seeing my dentist (it's been a few years since my last check-up), her assistant Offy was really gentle in cleaning my teeth.

A few weeks since my check-up, I came in to get my fillings done by Dr. Nguyen. Their process is so streamlined that everything went smoothly. I got in for my appt, they immediately sat me down (I didn't have to wait at all), then got started on the procedure. Dr. Nguyen was so fast and accurate that I honestly didn't feel anything! I was so nervous about getting my fillings done because it's been so long since I've been to the dentist, but Dr. Nguyen made me comfortable and I honestly think it was the best visit I've ever had in my life.

Also, I gotta give a shout out to Dr. Nguyen's assistants. They were so nice in booking my next appt, getting me ready for the procedure, and basically accommodating for everything I needed.

Therefore, if you're looking for a new dentist or looking to switch to a new one, I HIGHLY recommend Tustin Village Dental as the entire team are professional and will make your dental experience the best.

I was beyond satisfied with my overall experience at Tustin Village Dental.The Dr. and staff were extremely professional and made sure I knew every detail of the treatment being done. Their level of experience made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be returning for my future dental needs.

Come in with tooth pain due to a root canal witch I let them know, only to get charged 53 bux and referred to other office. They should had just told me they couldn't do anything and send me on my way to that person that could help me
