From the moment I sat in the chair, Dr. Alex made me feel completely at ease by explaining the entire process in detail and answering all of my questions. Great cleaning and check-up. The dentist went above and beyond to make sure my teeth were clean and healthy. The dental assistant was also very knowledgeable and professional. The front office staff are always kind and well versed in the dental field

My experience with the doctor at Serenity Dental was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The dentist was incredibly rude and spent the entire time berating me, repeatedly telling me in a harsh tone that he doesn’t fix crowns he didn’t do. The appointment lasted barely 4 minutes, and he rushed out of the office and left in his car. Why even take appointments if you don’t want to work?

His behavior was unprofessional and downright disrespectful. If he hates his job this much, he should consider retiring. I paid $100 just to be yelled at. Edit: proof of payment attached since they are saying that I'm wasn't their patient

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. I Saw Dr Alex this time but all the dentist are great. I bring my whole family here. We have been patients since they opened in 2005. Thank you for taking great care of us.

Serenity Dental always communicates clearly the options for all payments and procedures. From the receptionists to the hygienist and the Dentist, they are very friendly and kind. My entire family goes to Serenity and I would recommend them to anyone.
