I love my dentist! Dr is everything you want and need. Calm, caring, interested and interesting, skilled, and always in training for the newest and best dentistry practice. Great support staff that work hard for you getting you the best option for payment for your care and good support for the dentist.
Beautiful new office in downtown Benecia. Plan time to enjoy the shops, restaurants and waterfront while you’re in town.

The dentist herself is okay but the office administration is terrible. They called on a Thursday to tell me my copay for a deep cleaning was $486, my appt was the next day and I could not plan or budget for this with less than 12 hours notice. I was told I would get a call later that day to talk about a payment plan. I did not get a call.
I got a call the next day, an hour before my appointment, they tell me it is $486 for half a mouth so the total would be almost one thousand. I canceled my appointment.
I checked with my insurance and they said my copay for deep cleaning was $60 per quadrant so half a mouth would be $120. The other $326 was for laser and other stuff the dentist was adding, not covered by insurance, not approved by me, and not discussed with me in any way.
The next week on Tuesday I get a call from someone else to go over my treatment plan. And I was like WHAT? She said, yes for your deep cleaning. Ma'am that appt was last week and I cancelled it. The staff apparently is not communicating with each other.
Fast forward a month later, I get a new dentist, I need my X-Rays and I had to call them three times on three separate days to get them emailed to me. I had to insist on staying on the phone with the staff person on the third call until I got the email because I knew they would not send them "later" as everyone else had been saying.
So unprofesional and inconsiderate. Terrible experience. I should be entitled to compensation.

The reception is rude basically if u have a lot of questions in regards to ur dental needs they get attitude with u and don't want to respond 2 u It doesn't matter if u have a lot of questions or not it's the receptionist job is to answer all the questions that you have In regards to your dental needs and provide good customer service I will search for a dental office who can provide friendly customer service

I have been going to Dr. Nazila for over 14 years and she is one of the kindest more caring person I know! She always makes me feel super comfortable. I haven’t ever had to wait a long time to be seated with her and she always gives me the best dental advice. Their office has always been clean and put together! I would highly recommend her! I have been seen by many dentist in the past and continued to search for a dentist who I could trust and rely on their recommendations on what was needed. I have to admit that I do have high expectations from all who I do business with. I expect them to be experts in their fields, fair and trustworthy. It is typical that everyone regardless of the fields they are in. like to spend the least amount of time on you and maximize their income from you, which I don't blame them. However Dr. Edalati ended up to be the exception to the rule. She not only met my expectation but exceeded it. She took the time to examine the condition of my teeth thoroughly, explain to me the condition of my teeth and made the distinction between what was necessary and what was nice to have. She had to locally numb and inject in my cheek as well as my gum in preparation for a crown that I needed. I have to admit I barely noticed it. I highly recommend Dr. Edalati to anyone who is looking for the best dentist in the area.

Zero stars. I just returned to my favorite dentist. All of the work that north bay told me needed to be done were false. She said I needed an extraction, replacement of all my crowns, and had a cavity. I found out that EVERYTHING she said I had going on was not true. No cavities at all, crowns are fine, no extraction needed. They are a scam. Trying to milk the insurance company by doing unnecessary work on people's mouths. That's all she mentioned my entire visit. DO NOT GO HERE.

So I was recommended by my insurance this location for all my dental needs. Originally I found this place charming the original person I spoke to was very nice she seemed very kind.

I called back because I received a confirmation text with a couple of mistakes so I wanted to fix it. Later during the conversation cost came up about the fillings. This new lady was trying to charge me 800 per tooth for gold or porcelain filling. And that was the co pay price lol... This person was even talking about how I picked the wrong insurance and plan. Lol. I knew better and confirmed everything with my insurance. She was trying to con me.

My co pay should be for a filling depending for how many surfaces from 1-4 from 30 40 50 and 70 dollars. Consumer beware bad business practice at this location. Sooooo bad. Very unethical.

Just fyi.. Your practice is dishonest. I spoke to my insurance company and she gave me a break down on how much I am supposed to be charged. And also the lady I spoke to said you don't do composite.. SHE said only gold and porcelain. But technically you do.. Because I VERIFIED with my insurance company Delta Dental Insurance so don't act innocent.

As for the prices, your just trying to cover your tracks in public for what you guys tried to do with me. So your saying 150-250 as co pay now. But thats not what I was originally quoted and that's still an outrageous price per tooth. I have a PDF from my insurance company how much you are supposed to charge.And I will post it.
