Muy mala experiencia, a mi hija la refirieron para tratarle 2 muelas con caries y justo cuando llame para hacer la cita no me contestaban y yo dejaba mensajes y a la semana me regresaron la llamada y la persona fue muy grosera, cortante y discriminante y solo le dije que gracias por su tiempo pero mejor llamaba en otro momento para hacer la cita y prueba de eso esta mi hijo que estaba en la llamada conmigo y que bueno que no hice cita porque leo muchos comentarios no agradables y poco profesionales de ese lugar y del personal y lo comprobé sin ir al lugar. Yo solo pido que seamos amables y respetuosos y si no somos felices con el trabajo que tenemos pues ay que buscar un trabajo que nos agrade y no amargar el día a los demás , una sonrisa no cuesta nada . Gracias

Serious problems with the way the doctor handles obstacles. This is the 2nd time the doctor felt the need to insult my wife and son or be passively and physically aggressive with my son over not liking the pain he is in,or apparently make awkward political comments to comfort an 11yr old. I am strongly aware of his behavior with the female assistants as well. Things need to change here fast. Be professional and aware you are helping children. Take the constant negative feedback and make it work. Or I can bring my son for now on and have a nice conversation about politics and pain thresholds apparently?

Unprofessional.

#1. If your schedule is running behind, common courtesy (really COMMON SENSE) is to inform your patients that ARE on time, so they then may RESCHEDULE their appointments.

#2. I have to pay a fee if I’m past the “grace” period but it’s perfectly acceptable to run 90 min behind with no communication or notice ?!

Never.

Lastly, having your child overhear the dentist asking (pleading) for his assistant(s)to go out to eat with him is tacky , unprofessional & didn’t go unnoticed.

Being the ONLY male there, surrounded by female assistants, openly asking for dates, this can’t possible be the person we are entrusting our children’s dental heath to.
Focus on keeping your schedule & less on flirting.

& I hope those ladies file suite.

The best pediatric orthodontist office, period.
Dr Nassiri and his staff are the masters when it comes to kids dental care. Amazing, I was even able to record my 3 years old daughter having her teeth flossed! The dental hygienist was very gentle, caring, and entertaining.
The office is welcoming, beautifully decorated with colorful animal figurines. Cool

Horrible care. Very unprofessional hygienist who had no patience with my 3 year old son who was very nervous during our second visit. She was very rude and gave up on us and walked out when my son was scared to sit in the chair. They claim to be a “pediatric” dentistry, but have NO CLUE how to work with kids!! Would never recommend this dentist office!!

Great place: professional and friendly to the kids. I'm taking both my 2-yr old and my 9-yr old there, they both are scared of dentists in general yet manage to get the care they need at Solano Smile. I sincerely hope to be able to stay with them until my kids grow up.

Everyone is so sweet and understanding here, they took their time with my daughter, who is autistic and nonverbal, we were there for a cleaning which went well.
