Prior to retiring from my career after forty plus years, I went to a dentist out of town close to my office until 2021. I wanted to drop you a note to express how happy I am I found your practice here in Benicia and how impressed I am with the care you have provided over my first several visits with you, including your knowledgeable and friendly approach, the imaging you use to communicate health issues that need to be addressed, your on-site ability to precisely measure mouth guards, your on-site imaging tools you use to measure crown sizing, manufacture, and mount them during a single visit. And thanks to Savana for her capable assistance and communication during my last visit.

Dr. Hutchens was a caring and accommodating dentist. My crown broke, then my temporary crown also broke. She pulled a miracle with my tight schedule. Though my experience is top notch with her and the dental staff, the receptionist leaves allot to be desired. But the Dr doesnt deserve a lower star because of this.

Dr. Hutchens showed genuine care when I recently had a few fillings done. She was extra considerate of how I was doing throughout the process. The visit was better than I have experienced with many other dental offices I've had in the past. She was kind and warm and was asking about my sleeves of tattoos and it helped me calm down from any dental anxiety. I did appreciate that she was extra gentle when having to do injections. We finished up the fillings just fine and she did great work! She was informative on what after-care to expect.
In another appointment to get my teeth cleaned, the dental hygienist was gentle and thorough. I can tell she also cares about the work she does. Overall, Dr. Hutchens and her staff made me feel very welcome in the office.

I will also add that the office vibe in general was very nice with the nice big windows and natural light. Rose at the front desk was very nice and answered my many questions. They gave me options and I felt that they were focused more on me and my care vs. charging up insurance with unnecessary procedures. I really appreciate that in a dental office.

She's conscientious and conservative, you never have to worry about her trying to upsell unnecessary or premature services. I’ve had the best dental care here compared to any other dental practice. Dr. Hutchens and Rachel have been amazing. I appreciate the evidence-based advice that they give. Telling patients what to do is important, but Rachel and Dr. Hutchens also tell me why the recommendations are made. I understand that this takes extra chair time, but it empowers patients to know how best to care for themselves. Kudos!

This is the third dentist I've been to in Benicia and its by far the best! Ever Since Dr. Chohan retired from her practice in Southampton Shopping Center, I've been looking for a new dentist. I tried one near First St. and they weren't clear at all about charging me Premiere vs. PPO. However, N Street Dental has been super clear about every charge and the employees at the front desk are always incredibly nice and helpful. The dental hygienists and assistants are amazing, as well, and gave me great recommendations for my teeth. I have to get some work done on my teeth soon and I am not dreading it at all because I know I'll be in great hands!

I highly recommend N Street Dental. Everyone from the time that I called on the phone and then walked into the office has been professional, friendly, and kind.

And gentle! I have sensitive teeth and Samantha who cleaned my teeth did it thoroughly and painlessly. I had the same experience with Nichole who performed the x-rays. I also have to mention Eric at the front desk who though I imagine has a lot to juggle with scheduling and phones is calm and expert at his job. The place is clean and comfortable and I felt safe during this Covid time.
