We are visiting the area, so getting a root canal in an area I don't know made me nervous. Dr. Dr. Manolakis was professional and caring. She walked me through the whole process, making sure I was comfortable. Root canals are never fun, but she made the experience much easier. Her staff was courteous and professional as well.

I was not looking forward to my root canal this morning at all, but I have to say it was not as bad as I was afraid it was going to be. I was pleasantly surprised to hear Christian music playing in the office and while Dr. Manolakis worked on my tooth she sang along. Now some people might find this annoying and unprofessional, but I found it soothing and distracting from what was going on in my small mouth. Also it reassured me I was in the right dentist's office. WYKYK! I highly recommend this office! It was relatively painless and I was in and out in about 80 minutes, including paperwork. The entire staff were very nice and Dr Manolakis explained everything that she was going to do and why it had to be done. She is also a very delightful person!

Dr. Manolakis and her staff were very professional. Everything went smooth from getting checked in to getting the root canal done.
They communicated very well throughout the procedure and made me feel very comfortable for my first time doing this. New, clean, and organized facility. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I cannot attest to the quality of the medicine, I did not make it that far. The disorganization of the administrative staff was very unprofessional. They were unsure what the "Dual Pay" system they have advertised meant. There was confusion on the consent forms, outdated policies (by their own admission) that needed a patient signature. There was inability to provide copies of these same forms for review, and perhaps most egregious, they misquoted a price over the phone. When I went to pay they had lost my form, but said they could still process my payment. This price was raised by nearly 10% when I stated I was paying by credit card. In an attempt to avoid this surcharge, I asked the staff if I could make a quick trip to the bank to avoid this, to which they agreed. As I hurried to the bank, I received a phone call stating they were cancelling my appointment. I would not recommend this experience to anyone, especially those with a more time-critical problem than mine, it could put the health of patients at risk.

Very professional and the staff is amazing. Dr. Manolakis is very good at making you feel comfortable. I have severe anxiety and when it comes to any dental work and she talked me through everything. She is such a compassionate person. I hope I never have to have another root canal but I would go back to her if I did.

I was referred to this office for a possible root canal. When I arrived, I handed them my insurance card and filled out all of my current information on a form. The receptionist assumed that it was my secondary insurance without verifying. I had a scan for over $200 dollars that I was told was highly recommended but not covered under my insurance. I agreed to have the scan. I received a call from the dentist later that day that I needed a re-do root canal and I had an infection. I called to schedule the procedure the next day and it was discovered that my current insurance was out of network. They had a previous insurance still listed as primary. I then found a dentist that was in network. A copy of the scan was made for him to review but he was not able to download . Fortunately he felt bad for me that I had been charged by this office and did not charge me. This office manager told me that it was not their responsibility to reimburse me or transfer payment to the new dentist since they mad a mistake by not verifying my insurance. They assumed no responsibility. Also, the second dentist said I did not need a root canal but a new crown on a different tooth. He also did not see any infection. I would never return here under any circumstances .
