East Alabama Pediatric Dentistry

My child was suppose to get silver caps in her front teeth due to cavities and they completely wasted my time by not doing my child procedure and told me I can either not get them done or I can pay to get her taken to sleep which will be $900 out of pocket!! They didn’t even ask me can I at least sit in the room with her or nothing to keep her still! They are very unprofessional!!! as a pediatric dentist u would think they would know how to deal with a child who won’t be still!!!

Friendly and professional. Does a great job. Adaptable with Autistic patients ?

My son had his very first visit and he absolutely loved it thanks to everyone! Everyone was so friendly and fast! We were in and out within an hour and a half which is amazing seeing that I had 3 children that had to get check ups. The staff was more than amazing with my children and the Dr explained everything so that I understood the process of everything. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Miller and Corey were excellent. It was our first visit with my almost 2 yr old, and they were so friendly, helpful and spent time answering my questions. They were great with my timid little girl, and gave her a treat bag at the end. It was a great first impression and would definitely recommend.

My daughter had an appointment due to a tooth ache. She had some cavities that the Dr. Miller wanted to put crownson, on non permanent teeth. She qouted a price after insurance that was near that of the national debt and wanted full payment before work was to be done. After talking to the office about just pulling the one tooth and looking at different options than crowns, Dr. Miller informed me that if we did not agree to her treatment plan we needed to go elsewhere. Now my daughter has a tooth that will not be taken care due to Dr. Miller's unprofessionalism. I thought it was very unprofessional to tell me to go elsewhere just because i had asked about different options to treat other teeth. I would never recommend using this unprofessional dentist office to anyone.

We love Dr. Miller. We moved here not knowing anyone so when it came time for my children to go to a dentist, a new friend recommended Dr. Miller. We made an appointment and off we went. When we walked in, the environment was very calming and the staff were very welcoming. Dr. Miller and her hygienists are very knowledgeable and were kind and gentle with my kids, which made it great for me. It was one of the best experiences we've had at the dentist and have been going ever since.

We’ve had multiple children as patients here over the past 10 years or so, and couldn’t be more pleased! From the front desk to billing to the hygienists and of course, Dr. Keri herself, the highest level of professionalism — and even more notable, personal warmth and interest in each individual patient — is immediately evident. The waiting area, restrooms, consultation and exam rooms are impeccable and inviting. My 6-year old loves going to the dentist! And I love how I’m always asked about the older ones who’ve gone off to different cities, not perfunctorily, but because staff really remembers them and sincerely cares how they’re doing. I wish every community had a practice like this!

Everyone is so nice but the new to me young lady at the front with the tattooed eyebrows needs to be told it won't hurt her to smile. She seemed beyond irritated.
