My daughter recently finished her braces treatment and couldn't be happier with her smile! Her plan took about a year and a half, and throughout the process Dr. Lai and her assistant were professional, extremely kind, and also flexible with our schedule changes.The clinic itself is well-cleaned and modern with hi-tech machines. The price for my daughter's treatment plan was much more affordable than any other consultation we received. I truly can't emphasize enough how satisfied I am with our experience. I highly recommend getting treated at Lai Orthodontics!

I highly recommend Lai Orthodontics! I completed Invisalign treatment in about a year and a half and Dr. Lai and team were incredibly helpful throughout the process. From the initial consultation to all the imaging/x-rays/checkups, everything was smooth. All the equipment in the office is modern/clean, too. The location of the office is also pretty convenient in the East Bay. I would recommend Lai Orthodontics to anyone in the Bay Area - super happy with the end result of the treatment!

I got several estimates for bracelets around Albany and decided to go with Dr. Lai because she gave me the best price quotes and her clinic looks new and advanced, plus she is so nice. I highly recommend Dr. Lai for anyone who is seeking orthodontic treatment in the bay area. She and her team are amazing! My daughter's teeth were a little challenging and working with Dr. Lai and her team was extremely easy, even during Cov-id. She had previously been treated by a very popular Orthodontist in Albany (hint, rhymes with "wrong") where the office was constantly overcrowded and we were repeatedly told "she was not ready" for treatment. This was in contradiction to what her Dentist had recommended and when I brought it up, I was shamed by the Orthodontist as "she was the expert" :(.
I was recommended to Dr. Lai and within a month, my daughter had braces and was on her journey to beautiful teeth, which was extremely smooth and took a very reasonable time for her treatment. Dr. Lai may not be as flashy as the "go-to" Orthodontist; however, her office is pristine, I always felt safe dropping her off, and the communication with everyone in the office was excellent. Also... I was worried that her teeth were not perfect and Dr. Lai happily called my Dentist to discuss who confirmed Dr. Lai had done an amazing job. There was no shaming and Dr. Lai is an amazing orthodontist. She is the best!!!
