It pleases me to leave a positive review. Dr. Lim has been my dentist for 5 years, ever since I moved here.
I chipped my front tooth Friday night. I was able to text them and was given a 9:30 appointment Monday morning.
I thought the tooth would have to be ground down, and instead I got this lovely filling. Promise I'll be more careful!

Entire staff was so friendly! I was able to communicate through text to confirm appts. Me and my two sons were warmly greeted in the cute living room like waiting area didn’t have to wait at all and went right back. All three of us were handled so efficiently all while still keeping a warm vibe! They scheduled my follow ups and next cleanings before we left so I don’t need to remember to book them! All around fantastic office and staff!! Thank you so much!

I cannot say enough good things about Benicia Bay Dental, Dr. Lim, and her team. I used to have the absolute worst anxiety from bad experiences at chain dentists offices before, but with Dr. Lim’s practice I’ve had nothing but great treatment over the years! Dr Jacquie recently replaced two of my fillings placed in by my previous dentist, ~5 years ago due to structural integrity on the previous fillings. Comparing them to the ones I still have from the previous dentist I can say they feel how she molded them onto my tooth. How she spent time so it felt like my tooth vs how some of my previous fillings feel like a cap sitting on top of my tooth and the fullness over the ridges.
