Es un hospedaje sencillo para quienes necesitan dormir allí! Nos atendieron muy bien y pudimos descansar. No es lujoso pero cuando todos los hoteles están full puedes descansar ahí 🙂 gracias

Worst place ever the woman there is rude and racist! They have rats I have already reported all this to the health department and took pictures! Y’all don’t even deserve to be in business! You think you would be nice to or respectful to the guest you have since you never have any business! She literally just walked into the room without permission knocked on the door screaming at 8 am check out wasn’t till 11 y’all are crooks!! Don’t give money to these people they have no class at all! I promise I will make it my life’s work to make sure y’all clean that place up!!! Will call the health department every day! She then knocked on the door like 8 times and took off running like what in the hell? Y’all hate it here so much go back to wherever it is you’re from I mean really……….

The rooms are a little outdated but for the cost of it you cannot beat this hotel. They are clean. No bugs. The Indian lady at the front is slightly gruff (which is a cultural thing) but not rude in the least. I highly enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

The only issue was ice machine not working NO real problem. Very clean which is always a must for wife. Good water pressure and hot showers, Breakfast is what you expect for continental but enjoyed the coffee. We enjoyed our stay & will be staying again.

Half of these reviews are fake. This is not a good hotel to bring your family to. The manager is super racist and treats Americans who pay for her establishment to stay open like garbage. If you look or act a certain way, she will turn you away even when you're trying to figure out if you'll stay there. What a waste. People told me about this place, but I still wanted to give it a chance. Never again! Plus, the place is a mess and service is piss poor. Do better!

I tried to work with the hotel yesterday morning, but the front lady wagged her finger in my face and said they would only refund a room within 15 minutes of being in it. Then, when I proceeded to try to talk to her politely, she went in the back room and avoided me completely even when she came back out.

When I stopped by, I looked to see if the breakfast room was open, lit up or anything, and it was dark.

I stayed in Lenior last night at the American Hotel. I'm attaching a photis of the lack of cleanliness. Apparently the online the reviews were not good, but I just had to give them a try. Needless to say sadly the reviews were on point. The outside of the hotel is quite beautiful. The rooms look OK at first appearance, but then the mattress pad the mattress cover had set in stains. I couldn't see the mattress itself, but even the sheets had set in stains in them but the mattress cover and pad had massive set in stains possibly from bodily fluids of previous Renters.

Then a person claimed that they washed them. I think those should've been replaced personally, and then claim the other rooms might be cleaner, but couldn't guarantee that.

I would not recommend this place to anyone in Lenior. If they don't step up their standards, I don't think it should stay open.

I do recommend the Comfort Inn suites or the Hampton Inn since I stayed in one of those instead of this place last night.
