The level of care and professionalism is truly second to none.
Not only was the dental work top-notch, but the staff was also amazing. Everyone, from the front desk to the dental assistants, was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. It is clear they work as a team to create a positive stress-free experience for their patients.

I've been coming to Auburn Dental Aesthetics for close to 20 years. They have such a clean facility and all of the staff is top notch from the front desk to the hygienists to our friendly and skilled dentist Dr. Dan. All three of my children started coming here at the age of three as well. My husband and I are very comfortable here. Even my toddler got sad when he realized mom and dad are getting their teeth cleaned today and not him. I switched from another dentist in Auburn to this practice before I had kids because I was really unhappy with the care I was getting (long story) but I have never turned back since I came here. Highly recommend Dr. Dan and his staff.

I was new to this dental office, before my procedure I signed for the cost of the treatments and then paid my balance the day of the visit. About a month later I received a text message saying I owed over $500. I called them back immediately to question what the charge was for but always got an answering machine and never received a call back. They would just keep texting me saying I owed the $500+ balance. After many calls and messages left I finally spoke to a human who said they would look into it and call
Me back. Never received that call back, just a text message saying I now owed $130 without any explanation. All my calls have gone unanswered. My experience in the office was fine, but these billing practices are incredibly unprofessional. It almost feels like I am being scammed.
