My wife and I moved to El Cerrito a few years ago and needed a good dentist. We found Art Dental Center through searching online and went in there one Saturday to check it out. We immediately fell in love with Dr. Huynh and his staff. They are extremely kind and professional and provide exceptional customer service. Recently I needed a new crown which was quite an involved procedure due to the location of and condition of my old tooth. I'm very happy with the work they did and my new tooth is amazing! Much better than what I had before.

My children and I have been with Art Dental for about 8 yrs now. We genuinely feel like a part of that dental family. Doc and staff are very friendly and welcoming. My youngest kid at age 2 used to cry her eyes out and we would have to reschedule every time--- but, Dr Huynh was very kind and patient with her. He never forced the procedure to continue. I appreciated that about him the most. He earned her trust eventually... Now, she's 10-- and tougher in getting the numbing shot than me! He also knew how to care for my other daughter who has autism. She's very comfortable with doc and his staff--- it's a very rare trait in autism behavior. He takes good care of our dental hygiene!! He always shows his concern... and shares his wisdom and advice when I'm at a bumpy road in life. Also, one important thing I really like about Dr. Huynh is that he's a "perfectionist". Because he's very particular in details, I know my teeth will always look smile ready after appointments with him 🙂

Appreciate the experience as a patient at Art Dental. Dr. Huynh takes the time to establish a good relationship with his patients. When he notices something, he provides the patient with options in order to help them make a decision they are comfortable with, without pressure.

Only feedback would be greater transparency regarding certain services, such as taking of x-rays. I am not used to having many x-rays taken on a frequent basis, and I imagine other patients feel similarly. Dental assistants could also smile more and be more amicable 🙂
