Because of my dental nerve inflammation, I was introduced by a friend to Dr. Luo Medical Clinic for treatment. I was very satisfied with excellent service and high medical technology. I am a dental patient without dental insurance. Dr. Luo not only cured my dental disease in time, but also gave me a very good discount. He is a good doctor who sincerely considers patients. It is worth mentioning that he has all the medical facilities. The staff are very kind and responsible, and they are well-deserved. Dr. Luo and his team are trustworthy.

This is the best dentist I’ve seen in my life!!! I used to hate filings because this procedure takes so long and I tends to have heart burn half way through due to my GI illness. I just did three filings with Dr. Luo and he finished them quickly and perfectly, AND he does not charge a leg for these filings. My whole family now sees Dr. Luo for dental care. If you want a pain free, less stressful dental visits (and a dentist who truly cares about your teeth but not just about money), Dr. Luo is your best bet!!!

I saw Dr. Luo on a Saturday after an emergency with a broken front tooth. I was just desperately going through Google map trying to find anybody available. Dr. Luo was able to see me within 30 mins. Even though he did not have the time to perform the treatment, he examined the tooth, and gave a plan and an estimate. He and the staff are very professional and very friendly at the same time. It made me feel reassured.

I am afraid of dentists and my experience with Dr. Luo was the best I ever had. I went for a tooth extraction and it was complicated because my roots were curved like a claw but Dr. Lei knew just what to do. I can tell he is very experienced and skilled and I didn't feel any pain. He and his staff are very comforting and the office was very sanitary for safety and cleanliness. They checked up on me the day after which was kind. He is officially my dentist from now on and I will return to him for all of my dental needs.

I used to feel upset to visit the dental office. Things have changed after my friend recommends me Lei Luo DDS. I feel relaxed on every visit. Every staff there is nice and helpful. They are always there when you need help if in business hours. Sometimes when I need to reschedule my appointment, they are happy to help and won’t make me feel bad.

Dr. Luo is a very good dentist. He is very caring, accommodating, and anytime I have gotten a procedure done by him, he tells me in details what exactly he will be doing. His level and care for his patients is above and beyond, they even call their patients after a procedure has been done to check up on them, and his staff members are very friendly. My mother has been a patient of his since 2006, and she still is his patient to this day. He goes above and beyond for his patients, and he is the only dentist that my family trusts and will ever go to.

I went in for a wisdom teeth consultation and I felt very safe. The staff followed social distancing protocol and measured my temperature. The front desk assistant, Nicole, helped me through the paperwork. Normally I'm afraid of going to dentist because of the scary terminology and paperwork. But at Luo Lei DDS, the customer service is superb. Even with mask on, you can tell that each guest was greeted with a big smile. There was total transparency throughout my visit and I never felt in the dark. Thank You Dr. Luo!!!
