Best dentist and receptionist I've ever been to and I'm 65 so I've been to a lot of dentists. Bernadette is kind, thoughtful, hardworking and friendly. She always looks out for patient's best interest. Dr. Yuan is likewise and gives information about mouth care that no other dentists have. I am very grateful to have become their patient.

I have been a patient for over 20 yrs. Have never had a problem with Dr Yuan's office and feel he goes the extra mile in service. Plus his prices for my 3 times a year cleaning are quite reasonable for a specialist. Quite satisfied!

Something not right about this place. I was refereed to this dentist by Dr. Ricuccio in SLO. I called this dentist and asked for copy of my dental records and copies of my X-rays. He said he did not have them then said he did and I have to sign waiver. I know that but why did he lie in the first place, and then he got very defensive as if he was hiding something from the insurance be careful. Possible insurance fraud going on here with Dr. Ricuccio from SLO.

Thos place does treat its customers right and is incredibly rude. After making an appointment and walking in, i could tell something felt off. After going in and complications with the appointment leading up to having to cancel it, the receptionist told me i was "wasting her time" and that i should "just leave". By far the worst customers service i have ever gotten.
