Jordan and Jennifer were amazing, the care, kindness and compassion is unmatched. They made sure I was comfortable, cared for and leaving feeling refreshed. As a first time mom, I would recommend this to just about anyone currently expecting. The massage was amazing, and the atmosphere during the ultrasound just makes you feel like you’re seeing baby with a friend. I cannot say enough great things! If you’re looking to book, don’t think, just BOOK!

They are dedicated to making sure you have a good experience! The room has lots of comfy seating and a nice big projector, and the decor was calming and cute. However, baby would NOT cooperate during my initial appointment (faced my spine the entire time). I was rescheduled for free a few days later, and we got lots of face shots! My family really enjoyed getting a sneak peak at my little one 🙂

I can't speak highly enough about my experience! The staff was so welcoming and it was so special for my husband and I to be able to see our baby. We did the 3D ultrasound at 32 weeks and got amazing pictures and videos! We will be returning for every future pregnancy, so memorable and worth every penny.

We had such a wonderful experience here! They’re so kind. They had a little table and toys set up in the room for younger kids to play during the ultrasound, that was super helpful for my toddler. My baby was covering his face and not being very active at the time of the ultrasound, but they were able to get him to move and we got so many cute pictures!! Highly recommend!

I had my first ultrasound here with my daughter and I loved it so much the first time I HAD to come back to get pictures of my son! The environment is so warming and welcoming. The tech I had name was Jordan and she did a phenomenal job, I got the cutest pictures!! She held great conversation, made me feel very comforted, and made the whole experience 10x better. Definitely definitely recommend to first time moms! Love it here😊

My husband took off work, and we went in for a gender ultrasound. We were told right at the ultrasound with our first baby, and this time around we wanted to share it with family and have it be a special moment.. So when I asked the tech to write it down for me I didn’t expect her to start referring to the baby by gender half way through the ultrasound.. while she scanned me she was saying things like “I just want him to show his face” when she was trying to get a picture of his face.. she kept referring to the baby as “he/him” and it was really upsetting because I wanted to have that special moment with my family. We’ve been here three times now, we loved all the previous experiences, I just hope that if someone wants the gender to be a secret they will be more mindful of their words.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience here. Amazing staff, very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. This is my first pregnancy and I felt such a relief being able to see the baby and know everything is ok! Definitely will be back further along in my pregnancy for 3D/4D ultrasound!

This was my first private ultrasound and decided to give them a try because I've heard a lot of good things. My sister-in-law recommended this place because she had a great experience.

My experience was a little disappointing. I was trying to give them a chance, but it was strange to begin with, and it continued. I chose to the 5D unltrasound+8k image because of everything it offered. I was excited to see what results I was going to get at 31 weeks.

This was the start to my experience....
- I had my appointment on 7/11 and was running late due to traffic. I called the office to let them know I was running late. It took a bit for someone to answer. A guy answered which was not a big deal, I told him my appt time and said I was running a few minutes late but will be there shortly. I got a "uh okay" and then we hung up the phone. 5 min later I got a text from Jordan asking if I was still coming to my appt. I thought it was weird because I just called their office. Later found out the person who answered the phone was Jordan's husband, and my msg did not get communicated to her.

- When I arrived, I apologized for being late. I wasn't greeted and had no clue who the lady at the front desk was. I quickly suspected it was Jordan. She proceeds to walk into the private room without saying anything, I assumed I needed to follow her which I did. She sat down at the computer and didn't say anything to me. I had to ask if she wanted me to lay down on the bed or not because I wasn't sure on the process and what I was supposed to do first. Once I was on the bed we got started with the ultrasound. I was expecting at least a short explanation of the process or something to make me feel comfortable. It was already strange from start.

- As mentioned above... this was my first private ultrasound and my first time to their facility. After a few small conversations Jordan said I looked familiar... which is strange because I've never done an ultrasound with her before. I told her it's my first time there. If I can recall I believe I stated that information on my profile when I booked the appt. This made me feel like a little uncomfortable knowing the information I provided was not reviewed and she mistaken me to someone else...

- I booked the 5D ultrasound and 8k image. I was super excited to see the 8k image. I was very disappointed when I received my 8k image. My husband and I are 100% Asian... the image I received of my baby was 100% Caucasian... nowhere close to my ethnicity. I sent 3 emails asking if the image can be redone. It took a week to receive another image. No apologies, no email response... just the image sent to me. The second image is my ethnicity...but comparing both 8k images you can tell they're rendered on two different platforms. If their system can't render different ethnicity; it should be disclosed so people are aware. Providing pictures to show the difference.

Overall... Jordan was very nice. Facility is good and they will try to get your baby to move by having you do jumping jacks or squats etc... I just wish they did a better job with the details and follow up.
