Just wanted to say Thank You to Dr. Alex Chung!

Just to be clear....

I hate going to dentists.
I hate rude receptionists.
I hate receiving scaling treatments.
I hate forcing needles to numb my gums so the dentist can finish his work asap.

And I had such a hard time finding the right dentist who was understanding, patient, and had the skill to work with the patient to make me feel comfortable rather than trying to get the work done so he can see his next patient.

All of these factors kept me going to the dentist to get a deep cleaning treatment for last 7+ years and I was able to get it done due to Dr.Chung's incredible skills.

His skills has nothing to do with any technical or from his knowledge of dental work, but rather he approached me calmly by getting feed backs and waited patiently for myself to be ready pyschologically and mentally for the fear of visiting a dentist and going through the pain.

His staff are working hard, as well as very respectful to all clients, and if you speak either English/Korean/Chinese, they will all be able to help you out.

I will visit Dr.Chung's office going forward and I highly recommend his office for anyone who is nervous to visit a dentist, hates needles or scaling procedures, and hates rude receptionists...because his office will take care of you to make sure you are comfortable before rushing you to do anything else.

This is the worst dental clinic. I was only 30 years old. This Korean doctor advised me to extract all my teeth and then do implants. Later, I consulted several dentists, and they all thought it was incredible. I am so young. Why do you want to do this! Later, I found out that this black-hearted Korean dentist didn’t want to do root canal treatment one by one in order to make quick money, and the long process of making crowns made me pull out all the teeth. I chose this dental clinic because the nurses can speak Chinese. There is no other reason, but the attitude of the nurses after the treatment was very bad. I had a wisdom tooth crown that cracked within half a year. The root canal nerve of the first tooth was not cleaned, but I spent a lot of money, and I would like to mention that the wisdom tooth was cracked, and I did not ask the Korean doctor for compensation, because I was afraid that he would remind me to pull out all the teeth again. , Now that I think about him, he is horrible, I really want to sue him when I have time (I paid the full amount in cash, I don’t know if he has filed taxes)!

I was long time ago his patient in Harbor dental office. I moved from orange county to temecula area. In 12years he is kind and friendly doctor still and good knowledge and good skillful dental doctor. Over 1hour drive to see him is not wasting time .
He is honest doctor . Gave to us wonderful explanations and easy to understood.
