I recently had a fantastic experience at Dr. Wyatt's dental office in Santa Rosa and I highly recommend it. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Jennifer, who runs the office, is truly a gem. She's highly personable, professional, and makes you feel instantly at ease.

Dr. Wyatt is an exceptional dentist. She's extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. I felt completely informed and comfortable throughout my entire visit. I also have to give a special shout-out to my dental hygienist, Anong. She was absolutely amazing! Very gentle, thorough, and she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. My cleaning was the best I’ve ever had!

Overall, my experience at Dr. Wyatt's office was top-notch. The combination of a friendly and efficient staff, a highly skilled and knowledgeable dentist, and a fantastic hygienist like Anong makes this dental practice a five-star experience. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for top-notch care in Santa Rosa. I'm so glad to have found them!

Dr Wyatt’s dental practice is one of the best ones that I have ever been to, not only is dr Wyatt so welcoming and great at what she does, but the entire staff there is absolutely amazing. In my years of experience here Jennifer , Myra, Rachel, Anong , Jean, and Amanda have been so amazing! From the moment you walk in ,to sitting down In the chair with one of their lovely hygienist. I was a patient for years and spent thousands of dollars, out of pocket, with Dr Wyatt and oral surgeons she referred me too. Dr. Wyatt and the dental staff did good work. However, I was laid off in October and specifically spoke to the front desk (Jennifer) face to face and requested all appointments going forward to be canceled due to no insurance and an uncertain financial situation. Now I have received a $75 bill for a missed cleaning appointment. I called and tried to talk to Jennifer but I was basically told pay up in a rude manner. This is not the only instance of her making mistakes. Previously made and error on my appointment card were the date and time were backward/switched resulting in me being "late" to an appointment. When I made her aware, no apology, no $75 in my pocket. They do great work here but aviod the headache of the front desk!!! Not worth it. Sad they treat a laid off military veteran this way over $75. Never going to pay and never going back. Update: I received another bill and I will be taking legal action.

If I could put 0 stars I would!

I have been a customer at thus dental practice since I was a child for over 20 years before Dr Wyatt had taken over. I missed 1 appointment in 20 years. Even though I specifically said not to schedule me for cleanings the last time we spoke. They made me pay for the missed appointment out of pocket, which fine, I understand they don't want to lose money. A year later, now, when I have a cavity they say that I have missed multiple appointments and are refusing me service because of it saying they have repeatedly tried contacting me.

In summary, if you do not want to go to the dentist 4 times a year because you don't have dental insurance and can't pay everything out of pocket. This is not the dentist for you.

The receptionist was unwilling to compromise or ask anyone else about this issue, I will never be going here again after the unnecessary rudeness and ridiculousness I was on the receiving end of.
