Great staff! I was surprised at how modern and up to date the staff were. After surgery, everyone took great care of me. I followed my orthopedic surgeon here and was pleasantly surprised by the hospital and the staff.

Just had my baby girl here last week and the care I received from both the clinic and the hospital have been amazing. Dr. Baer has been and continues to be an incredibly supportive and attentive care provider. My nurses during and after delivery were amazing, especially Erin and Kearsten. This was my second baby and the birthing experience was amazing compared to my first which was in a bigger hospital in TX. So grateful to this hospital and team.

I was seeing a midwife for my 2nd pregnancy and went over 41 weeks and 5 days. We tried every natural induction technique and nothing was happening. I wanted to come here for an induction (I've had decent experiences here before) but on call physician rudely refused to accept a pregnant patient, as apparently OB "isnt his thing." I was told to go to Colby but I only have CO medicaid and can't afford out of state care at the moment. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for medical care. What a joke this hospital is.

I would say for being as complicated of a patient as I am that this hospital has done great to coordinate care here when I’m not in Denver. Dr. Welch is absolutely one of the best PCP I’ve had! He is caring, humble, and know what it’s like to not only be a provider but patient and I think that makes a connection with a patient like me extra special because most doctors just don’t get it. If he isn’t positive he has no problems calling my team in Denver! It’s been great being able to stay home when I don’t absolutely have to be in Denver...... I’d recommend him to anyone! Dr. Rees has had to step in a couple times and has also done a good job!

Went here earlier this year for nausea, loss of vision and fainting like episodes. They screened me for diabetes and did a CBC and when that came back good they did NOTHING further. About a month later I had a seizure and was emitted to the ER in Holyoke, because I have a brain cyst! Do not go to the clinic if you want to be taken seriously.

This clinic is pitiful! It is staffed with
PA-C's and other non-medical staff that act like an 8th grade clique that think they are better than you! They count on the fact that the patients in Wray have never had the opportunity to have regular contact with quality medical personnel and that any complaints or issues won't be pursued because of fear of retaliation. Retaliation certainly exists here because of the fact that they have a monopoly because they are the only medical the only option for medical care and their feeling of superiority. The non-medical "support " staff are absolutely useless because they want to belong to that clique! Buyer be ware! It is your life that is at stake!

We came in to the ER with a family member with cancer. Dr was rude and threw me out of the ER within 5 minutes because she went on about Augmentin giving him an upset stomach when we came him for an infected surgical wound with excessive drainage, fever, chills, and swelling. Extended family members all advocated for going to our oncology provider at UC Health, and we came here to see this horse vet instead. The nursing staff has come to apologize for her behavior; how embarrassing it must be to work for this gal. Worst bedside manner I’ve ever encountered in my life; absolutely rude, and callous medical provider. Not sure this over educated bar maid could get a job as a Wal-Mart greeter treating the public like this; we’ll go to Denver from now on.

I delivered my first child here. Wonderful staff. Dr.Reed is the best doctor I have ever had. I look forward to continuing visiting here as she grows up.
