Dr Abdi Samini is a fantastic dentist- the best I have ever been to. I was living for several years in Florida recently and had some pain in my mouth. I saw two dentists there, each who did X-rays and an exam, and told me I was okay. Less than a year later, I had a checkup with Dr. Samini and he found lots of decay in both the upper and lower.! Feeling better This is a dentist who cares. Also, Amia, Rachel, and the rest of the staff are wonderful. If you want top-notch work, this is the place!

I am quite traumatized whenever I go to the dentist, but Dr Sameni works with me and he and his stellar team make me comfortable without judgment or hurry. I feel very lucky to have found this dental practice. I interviewed a bunch of dentists and asked: besides yourself, who are three local dentists you would go to or send your family members to? And Dr Sameni was on every single list. I had a four hour appointment and he helped me every second of the way. I’m grateful. Also, you won’t find better dental hygienists and assistants. Each is gentle, thorough, kind, helpful, and professional. Most highly recommended! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!!

Update:
So I had dental caries hiding behind gold caps on three lower left molars — and a fourth tooth which had infiltrated the jawbone and cracked vertically so it had to be removed as an oral surgery emergency. Dr Sameni and his team seamlessly and gently guided me through the entire process. Dr Sameni fixed four teeth, including filling dental caries and engineering a perfect bite. And he coordinated with stellar oral surgeon Mark Handelsman to fix the emergency and replace the removed tooth gap with porcelain lab-made teeth. For the first time in my adult life I have a perfect bite and can talk and eat comfortably. Not only is my alignment perfect, headaches have disappeared and my smile is back! I’m so happy and most highly recommend the team at West LA Dental and Dr Sameni to anyone wanting excellent and gentle dental care.
