I had am AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH THIS OFFICE!!! I’ve had a cracked/very infected tooth I’ve been living with in lots of pain! It finally became unbearable! They took me in asap and got to it in a timely manner! The staff was so kind! The office was clean, and relaxing. Dr. Tabel and his assistants were incredible! He was very educated and did a great job explaining my options! I will be going back to this office for future needs!?

I went in for a partial. They took the X-ray and the dentist never came in. The X-ray tech said he doesn’t pull capped teeth which I thought was odd but ok. They never showed me options of partials or gave me options. I actually had to ask to see the dentist! He informed me that the teeth in the back that I want to pull that has been hurting me doesn’t have any bone loss so they don’t need to be pulled so that’s the reason why he didn’t want to pull them! He felt they didn’t need to be pulled. I told him can he show me different options of partials and he said you’re not gonna like them. I said can you refer me out to an oral surgeon that will remove these back teeth for a partial and he said you live in Pennsylvania this is Virginia so we’re out of state so you will have to find someone in Pennsylvania. I then said you’re in Virginia and my insurance is through Virginia we live in a tri-state area I live in PA. I work in Maryland and my husband works in Virginia. My insurance is covered in Virginia so if you could refer me to an oral surgeon since you feel you don’t wanna pull teeth because they have no bone loss that would help! Those back teeth keep me up at night and they need to be removed and I already have missing teeth in the back. That’s why I went there to see my options for a partial. Because he felt they didn’t need to be removed he took everything off the table for me. He told me how I would hate the partial. I’ve waited a month for this appointment and I feel like my rights were totally taken away from me! Not only did I have to ask to see the dentist, but the dentist chose what he thought over how I feel and what I need for myself he’s not the one that’s up with pain at night. He should have come in the room and talk to me about my x-ray, my teeth and my options. I had to ask to see him! I do not recommend this dentist at all! Your rights will be stripped away from you and he will do what he feels. He wants to do regardless of the pain you have or how you feel about your own teeth and your own mouth. It’s about what he feels should be done. Save yourself the disappointment and get someone that’s going to listen to you and actually come in the room and talk to you about treatment And how you feel about what’s going on in your mouth.
