I went just a few days ago to have 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, plus a bonus chunk from a long-fallen out root canal tooth-- and it was a wonder experience. I was super anxious about the procedure the entire time! But everyone was so kind and reassuring, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else. It was my first time being put under for a surgery, and they explained every step of it so well, and all my questions were answered thoroughly.

Post procedure, its so easy to see what a good job was done! I barely have any pain on day 2, and the swelling is so minimal. I wish I could give them more then 5 stars! They took an experience that I was incredibly scared about, and made it simple and easy.

Just had a broken wisdom tooth removed. The office was excellent. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Had anesthesia for the procedure, woke up and once I felt ready they walked me out to the car. They offered a wheelchair but I preferred to walk. Overall, excellent service. Would definitely use them again if needed.

I was nervous going in to have an upper wisdom tooth pulled that started to bother me. Had I known how amazingly smooth and pain free from start to finish this would be I would have saved myself some worry and stress. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind and the procedure pain free. I have had a wisdom tooth before and a root canal, and expected some pain and discomfort even with the local anesthesia, as I usually expect the need of a second dose during the procedure since 1st dose usually isn't enough. However Dr Evans delivered it and only 1 dose needed and the tooth was gone before I realized he was done... Great experience for me and the best dental experience I have ever had.

My mom had a horrible trip and fall, broke her elbow, and knocked her two front teeth loose.. She was 84 years old with a terminal cancer. She was very concerned about the affects of her condition... it was a humiliating and depressing illness...but to have a tooth extraction and be so cĺose her during an extraction procedure made her feel very concerned and stressed and she wanted to mask in a subtle way, her illness.
So, she brought with her some natural oils to mask the affects from her cancer and the humiliation it created, however, when she sprayed a small amount of the oil, she was chastised by the doctor NOT TO SPRAY THAT Stuff. Shame on the doctor that scolded my poor mother She was humilated and embarrassed over her condition as well as was concerned about you and your staff and the unfortunate affects of her cancer. As a note for improvement: Please never shame or scold a cancer patient again. She has passed away, but you made my mother feel like she was a small child in trouble! Shameful. I wanted you to know that we were not happy how you treated her.

I had impacted wisdom teeth and drove 3 hours to Redding to get my wisdom teeth surgically removed. It was well worth it. Very nice and professional staff and setting. I had a great experience with the Doctor. I hope you do too.

The patient interaction was less than friendly. I don't care if you're an amazing surgeon. If you can't connect with the parent or the patient. You have no business being in business. He walked in and just kind of ignored the little person (almost 10 years old) in the chair and addressed me - sort of - and kind of interacted more with the nurse. When I was giving a run down of history including a ton of medical trauma he seemed bored. I requested he communicate to my son what he was doing before he did it due to the extensive medical trauma. He just started reaching in and probing around without any regard to pain he had from a recent dental procedure. They communicated what the treatment plan would be, and the process we would follow when we came down for the procedure they allowed my son who had been sick worrying about yet another procedure to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes beyond his appointment time, without even communicating it was due to the prior surgery going over. They were not apologetic. 'sometimes that happens'. Yep but this kid isn't waiting for a ride at disneyland. When they finally take him back into the room, they inform both of us that he will be on nitrous and then once he is Mom has to leave the room. This was not something we had been front loaded with. Not something my son had been prepared for. And not part of the plan he started hyperventilating and crying. And when i pointed this out that they could have called me and explained this prior to the day we could have discussed this at the appointment. 'it's pretty standard with surgery'. This is a 9 year old kid that has so much medical trauma and still got in the chair- willingly. But he wanted his mom. There was so many different times they could have said you're right. We didn't handle this right and in the future with kids we could do it differently. But they were just rude. Unapologetic. And it was a terrible experience. We will be finding a children's oral surgeon and we will handle our business elsewhere. I only gave it one star because it was required in order to write this review. I understand that there are reasons mom wouldn't be able to be in the room- my issue is they didn't tell me. Until the moment before- and when I brought it up there was no acknowledgment that inner office procedures could be updated for littler patients to make sure that everyone understood what was going on. just 'it's pretty standard for surgery'. The office lady was beyond rude and unapologetic. The assistant or nurse- was very kind and understanding - but what an awful experience for my son. And for me. I told them your schedule just opened up I want a refund and we walked out. I'm done being forced into things by medical providers because it's 'standard' and going to do my best to advocate for my child's health AND his mental well being- find a different place for sure.
