Great family dental practice! All their staff is SO nice! Both dentists are great with my 3 kids. I had to rush my oldest to their office this morning, completely unannounced and with no appointment because she fell hitting her front teeth and breaking one in half. They took her back right away and they were gentle and patient with her. I would have expected them to be flustered working in an emergency like that, but they took their time and fixed her up.

They’re always conservative with treatment and have always done the wait and watch approach rather than over treating and charging us $$$ to do so. We’ve been with them for almost 10 years now! Highly recommend!

I’m new to ridgecrest and originally was scheduled out a decent bit as a new patient but they put me on the list to call if there was a cancellation and I was seen so much sooner than I expected. Tammy was great and extremely helpful. Doctor Roberts took me seriously when I said I generally need a little extra numbing for dental work and it was one of the most painless dental visits I’ve had in years. Also so much more affordable than my old dentist back in VA. They’re going to be my dentist for as long as I’m in ridgecrest and will definitely be recommending them should anyone ask!

I had my cleaning done here for the first time in December of 2018 and the service was excellent. Setting up the appointment was pleasant and easy and the staff were quite friendly.

The hygienist who did the cleaning was very thorough and made sure to routinely ask if I needed a break from using the ultrasonic cleaner, since it can get a bit intense. After the cleaning the doctor did his inspection and seemed to be very thorough as well. One of the nice things that they have is a Pandora account playing whatever music you like during the cleaning. Very good idea!

Dr Whiting-both of them-are truly wonderful and experiences dentists. Highly thorough and knowledgeable, using up to date procedures and equipment. The office is very welcoming.
The staff is friendly and Tammy who works with the insurance is amazing as well. She explains things throughly and she worked hard to fit my husband into the busy schedule when he had an awful toothache. We appreciate everyone at Whiting dentistry and highly recommend them.

This is one of the best clinics I have been to. Very well run, set up, and modern. The dentist had good bedside manner, and the hygienist was phenomenal! She is the only hygienist who has been able to floss around my permanent retainer no problem. 10/10 would recommend. They will be my regular clinic from now on.

Amazing dental practice! Everyone was super friendly, from the first time I called the office to schedule an appointment through my multiple visits of playing "catch-up" with my teeth. I've had the great opportunity to meet and work with everyone at Whiting, and felt at home. Tamee even took the time out of her day to let me know that she was going submit a rebuttal to my insurance company on my behalf about their coverage. She is amazing. And any negative comments on here, I'd take with a grain of salt.

We love all the staff at Whiting! Usually going to the dentist is more of a chore but the staff always make you feel like family. Even my son loves going to the dentist because of them. I constantly recommend them to friends & family.

I would not recommend this dentist. First of all, they will not clean your teeth unless you get X-rays, which they can only get away with because it is Ridgecrest. I have been to a lot of dentists and have never been forced to get X-rays. As a general precaution, be aware that even though they answer all the messages on Monday (regardless of when you called during the weekend), they will charge you a cancellation fee if your phone message is not 24 hours in advance. The policy is in the fine print you sign on your first visit. After I pay my cancellation fee, I will not be using this dentist service again.
