I have never been more impressed with a dental practice in my 70 years. From front office staff to the dentists, the specialists, the assistants and hygienists, they offer exemplary services and always with a smile. Their pricing is very reasonable, they have expertise in state of the art dentistry and amazing people skills! I cannot possible say enough about how happy I am to be with West Grove Dental! I highly recommend them.

I recently switched dental insurance and my previous dental office no longer accepted my insurance, so I searched Delta’s provider directory on their website, then pored through reviews of dentists in my area. I found a dental office in my neighborhood, and saw in the Yelp reviews that this dentist recently took over a practice so there weren’t many reviews.
I called last Friday afternoon, knowing they were closed but figured I would leave a message asking for info as a potential new patient. Within minutes, I got a call back from the dentist Dr Skenandore himself. I apologized because I didn’t realize i called the dr concierge. He said it was the office line and they are closed today, but he was checking voicemails to help the office staff. needless to say, that was an AWESOME first impression! Dr Brandon explained he took over the practice last year and it’s just his wife and him. Honestly, I try to support local businesses as much as possible so I was happy to give him our business.
He fitted my husband and me with new patient appointments yesterday. I LOVE that!
When I got there, Cathy at the front desk greeted me with a friendly smile. The waiting room is clean, and Dr Brandon’s and his wife’s diplomas are proudly hung on the wall. There’s also a little introduction card for each dentist on the table near the diplomas. Very nice touch! Since we completed our forms online the night before (with a link they sent us via text), we were good to go and our dental hygienists called us back in no time. Sharidyn was my hygienist and she was an absolute delight! Very personable and approachable. I felt like I was talking with a friend. She seemed super happy with her job and the practice, which made me feel even more confident in this place.
The treatment room itself was a bit vintage-looking, with wood on the walls, but all of the office equipment was state of the art. I think they’re changing it bit by bit.
Once sharidyn finished, Dr Brandon came in. He was super friendly and I didn’t get the sleazy feeling that he wanted to upsell me on anything. He took his time explaining the X-rays and addressed any concerns I had. He examined my teeth and thoroughly explained the recommended plan of care.
I had a GREAT first visit and will be back next week, to repair an old filling. I love how I can get in quickly for an appointment.

Still true! Best dental care ever. I love Dr. Brandon, and all the staff. They are the best. Something a bit off-putting was that insurance person in the front office asked for a deposit for root canal scheduled 7 months from now. I will pay it shortly, but this could have waited until my next scheduled cleaning in 5 months.

We have been dental patients at this office for close to forty years, and always received the best care. Drs. Gibson and Platt preceded Dr. Brandon Skenandore. They both took tremendous pride in selecting who would take the helm upon their stepping down.
Dr. Brandon has been extremely professional and answers all my concerns about how my oral health impacts my general health and well being. He brings impressive credentials to the practice. Chloe, my hygienist, does a wonderful and thorough job cleaning my teeth at each visit. Generally, a very good experience overall. You will enjoy the same I’m certain. I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exceptional Emergency Dental Care

I recently had an urgent dental issue with a majorly chipped tooth that needed immediate attention. Fortunately, I found Dr. Brandon Skenandore who was local and able to see me on very short notice. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at the front desk greeted me with smiles and kindness, which really helped ease my anxiety about the emergency procedure.

Dr. Brandon was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process of getting a crown clearly and made sure I understood all my options. The care with which he handled my situation was reassuring, and the procedure itself was quick and painless, thanks to his expertise and the up to date technology they use.

The staff showed great coordination and were attentive to my needs throughout my visit. They provided clear post-procedure instructions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Had a temporary cap put on and a crown two weeks later!

I'm truly grateful to Dr. Brandon and his team for their exceptional service and professionalism. Highly recommend this dental office for anyone in need of urgent dental care!

After evaluating the x-rays and evaluating my condition he clearly explained what I need to get done and presented several treatments options, and their office manager, Julie provided detailed cost breakdowns for each option being considered. Excellent staff, excellent Doctors! Very professional and provide detailed information with regards to your services. They have a high tech system that actually gives you a print out of your teeth along with the status of each tooth. I no longer have dental anxiety, I know that I’m in good hands with Dr. Brandon, he is the best! Another reason I like it here is Dr. Brandon talks you through the service to let you know what’s happening in real time.

Ms. Kathie at the front desk is very personable and has been there for a very long time. She also does well with following up with appointments and text message reminders.
