Worst experience ever!!!! DONT CALL, ImTHEY KEEP YOU ON HOLD FOR OVER 15 mins. I WAITED IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR 2 hours and they didn’t see me. The billing department is rude. If you want service from a 3rd world country go to western dental. I would rather have a root canal with no anesthesia, then to come back here again!!!!!!

I was just there and felt with Dr.Marakesh. who refused to see me even though I was on pain. He was rude and nasty. I won't ever go there again! I called western dental and filed a formal complaint. The absolutely most unprofessional conduct I have ever seen out of a dentist! If he doesn't like working with people he should find another career choice!

OMG if you have to come here please take the whole day out I had a appointment at 12, I came in 11.30 to get paperworks done or so..its 2 pm and we are still here...super super slow. Looks like they triple book with only 1 dentists here.

It's a water of ur time to come here bad they r not on time at all & if u have to come bk to fix a mistake they make u have to wait a hold dame hour until they have taken all the other counters in before u it sucks here bad l rather go to another dentist that would do the job right so u don't have to go bk to them at all what so ever they really don't care how much pain ur in at all what so ever.

I went in to get my teeth cleaned and Doctor whom was a lady cleaned them , I could barely breathe !!!! and she treated me as if I wasn’t alive ! I will never go back there again and be man handled !!!
