I definitely had a different experience then most.. I was switched to Dr. Piers without my consent. This would not have been a problem if Dr. Piers actually took the time to listen to what I had to say. I have had all the injections. They are minimally effective and definitely not worth the price tag. I told Dr. Piers after the injection that day that we needed to get ready for the surgery. Dr. Piers administered the injection and walked out the door saying see you in Sept. to set up more injections. I would have liked to have had a discussion but that wasn't happening. Not sure if going back to OA from Spectrum has anything to do with it but it definitely seems to be a big push for maximum billing instead of whats needed.

The scheduler that I talked with got me in right away by checking the schedule for me. Dr. Piers was wonderful! He was SO friendly and explained things to me thoroughly. He didn’t rush the appointment and I barely waited at all. So thankful for the whole OA team! They’re great.

Dr. Piers has been my Ortho Dr. for 4 years. He has been taken over the care of my Hip issues. I had 2 previous surgeries on the right hip (1993 & 2007) and just found out that I will need another surgery. Dr. Piers was very understanding and showed compassion in telling me this. I feel very confident that he will help me.

I had a great visit with Dr. Piers yesterday for a nagging knee problem. After a few X-rays he was able to drain fluid and administered a steroid injection. I'm back walking 18 holes of golf pretty much pain free for the first time in two months.

Dr. Wayne Piers is an amazing doctor who cares about each and every one of his patients. He is a pleasure to work with and a pleasure to know.
One of the kindest people I have ever encountered. Spectrum Ortho is a great practice as well. Staff is very nice and attentive to your needs. Highly recommend
