This dental office is one of the cleanest and most well-organized practices I have ever visited. Everything is highly structured and efficient. The dentist is exceptionally professional, and as someone in the medical field myself, I can confidently say they are trustworthy and reliable. Dr. Kolahi is the best dentist I have ever worked with. She has given me a gingivectomy and filled multiple cavities over the course of the last couple of years since I started coming in. The gingivectomy was a complete game changer for me. She did a tremendous job and I am still loving it years after the procedure. Every cavity she's filled has been great too - zero pain and no problems after the fact.

The dentist had always been a struggle for me before meeting Dr. Kolahi. I had had bad and painful experiences dealing with dentists and dental work in the past. Dr. Kolahi is incredible and always puts the patient first making sure they are okay and comfortable. I have not had one bad experience since I've been coming in. She is a complete joy to deal with.

Dr. Kolahi's dental expertise, care for the patient, and overall friendliness is something I have never experienced in the dental field. She is phenomenal and best-in-class. Could not recommend more highly.

Dr. Kolahi is quite literally the best dentist of all time. With her courteous and humorous nature coupled with her soft hand, she has the ability to turn anyone who has a phobia of the dentist into a dentist office visitor lover!!! I love her for a plethora of reasons, but above all the kindness and care she exudes for each of her patients is touching. I feel incredibly cared for and nurtured each time. Being a visitor in her dental office feels like a genuine spa day as I know I am leaving with quality care and better oral health. Luis is also amazing as he is full of banter coupled with charming care. He is patient, enthusiastic, and second to none! I cannot forget Sharmeka at the front desk as well, as she makes everything super easy to understand every single time, and is SUPER friendly! I am extremely disappointed with this dental practice. They seem more focused on upselling unnecessary procedures and services than providing quality care. Every visit, the doctor tries to sell a deep cleaning with a laser, whether or not it’s needed. Unfortunately, the deep cleanings I received here were the worst I’ve ever had. I get cleanings every three months, and after visiting this practice, I went to another dentist for my next cleaning within a month. The hygienist at the new office mentioned that the cleaning I received here was subpar.

Prioritizing sales over patient care is unacceptable. A dentist’s main focus should be providing excellent dental care—not pushing expensive add-ons like deep cleaning and laser treatments.

To make matters worse, this office has incorrectly billed my insurance both times I visited, in 2023 and 2024. Last week, they called me with the same issue as last year, claiming I owed a copay. I’ve had the same insurance for over 13 years and have never had to pay a copay at any other dental office in SC, NC, FL, or CA. Yet, this practice charged me a copay both years.

I recently took my wife to another clinic in Woodland Hills, and neither of us had to pay a copay there. This week, I decided to visit Complete Dental Health Dentistry, and the experience was night and day. My cleaning there was superb, with zero copay for both me and my wife.

If you want great service, proper cleanings, and straightforward billing, avoid this practice. Instead, check out Complete Dental Health Dentistry. Save yourself the headache of unnecessary upselling, incorrect billing, and poor service.

Update: I have written over 108 reviews on Google, both positive and negative, and not once has anyone accused me of making a false statement or called me a liar for sharing my honest experiences. That would be highly unethical.

I am writing this review to share my experience with your billing practices and the dishonesty I encountered. I paid with my credit card before leaving your office, yet you still charged me again for a bogus copay I do not owe. That, Dr. Kolahi, is a fact—despite your implication that my statement was false.

Dr. Kolahi is absolutely wonderful and I couldn't recommend her more. She is gentle and thorough, she took her time with me and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured whatsoever and she made sure to prioritize my comfort at every step. I needed some extremely last minute work done on my teeth before the new year and they were able to fit me in. They really helped me out a lot and even though I was a brand new patient and I felt actually cared for by everyone in the office.
