I was referred to Walnut Creek Endodontics by my Dentist. I was in need of root canal and it came on in a bad way. I had something scheduled but the tooth could not wait and they were able to get me in right away. I hadn't had a root canal in over 15 years and was expecting the procedure to be painful. I was blown away how easy and efficient everything was and most of all it didn’t hurt in the slightest. I want to specifically thank Dr Jensen for her expertise and professionalism. I hope I don’t need anymore root canals but if I do I know exactly where to go. Much appreciated.

I was referred to this clinic by my Dentist for root canal for my son on Feb 27,2024. But I got a call from this clinic last week said I need to pay $820 more. When I first confirmed with their front desk before I paid the quote was $636. But now they said the whole amount was $1944, which I already paid $636, the insurance company covered $488, but there was $820 more because their quote was only an estimated. I called the insurance company yesterday but they confirmed this clinic was out of network for 2 years! Fine, as the front desk said, the quote was only an estimate, you're not responsible...You can't gave an exact cost, you even didn't know you're in network or not after I double checked with you. You didn't know you're in network or not but you quoted as a network price! I really don't think it's reasonable I have to claim to Dental Board of California.

I had a great experience with Walnut Creek Endodontics. From their friendly staff and knowledgeable endodontists to their calm and clean environment, I felt safe and taken care of. I get quite anxious when it comes to anything having to do with my teeth, but Dr. Talebi put me at ease answering all of my concerns and questions. Learning that you need to have a root canal is not happy news but receiving sensitive, kind and thoughtful care makes the experience more tolerable. Dr Dadvand is a kind and understanding endodontist and provided both a smooth procedure as well as excellent follow up. She was empathic with my anxiety about the procedure and followed up with me at home to make sure I was doing ok. If you do need to have a root canal, you can feel full confidence with this practice.

Dr. Dadvand is great. She treated me with wonderful kindness and outstanding skill. Root canal itself won’t be a pleasant experience, but Dr. Dadvand treated it really well and I did not feel any discomfort during the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Dadvand to those needing a root canal.

I was in a lot of pain and was so grateful that Dr Dadvand was able to fit me in the next day. It’s a pleasant office and the woman at the front desk was warm and helpful. Dr Dadvand worked quickly and told me what she was doing. Painless! My tooth ended up being cracked so she couldn’t do a root canal; she patched it up and I had it extracted the next day.

Who knew a root canal could be virtually painless. I was very impressed with the entire process of getting an emergency appointment and the best, friendliest, most comfortable experience I could imagine. Dr. Dadvand and her assistant worked carefully and efficiently to give me results that my dentist had to compliment when it came time to do the crown work. I appreciate all the speed and kindness on top of the fantastic results.
