Wafelbakker Anderson is amazing. They have done an amazing job on both of my kids. We are about to start the second phase for both of my kids and they are always so accommodating with our busy schedules and are always so welcoming when we come in for our appointments. They really put my kids at ease. I have been meeting with Robin since the very beginning of them needing braces many years ago. She is always so nice to meet with, friendly and always so informative. She takes her time going over options and going over the entire process. The orthodontists and staff are always great to work with. We’ve been with Wafelbakker for about a year and a half. It’s been a great experience and I would have already given a 5 star review, but after today, I’m bummed to be limited to only 5 stars…they deserve more.

Story time: after a routine braces checkup yesterday, one of the wires from my daughter’s braces broke, causing quite a bit of pain. I tried calling the offices, but unfortunately, the phone system was down. So I sent an email and was surprised at how quickly I got a response from Elisa who reached out to say that she could meet us at the Gilroy office to fix the problem asap (even though the Gilroy office was closed today). She fixed it super fast, gave helpful advice and guidance, and demonstrated absolutely excellent customer service.

Like I said, we’ve had a great experience with them for a while now, but today’s experience with Elisa reminded me of why this place is so special.
