I’ve been a loyal patient at W Dental for the past 8 years, and I honestly don’t know why it’s taken me this long to write a review! Dr. Julie and her incredible team are truly heaven-sent. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with kindness, attentiveness, and a calming presence that puts your mind at ease. And of course, seeing Stella is always such a delight!

This is hands down the only dental office you’ll ever need. I can’t stop raving about how amazing this place is to everyone I know. If you’re looking for exceptional care and an outstanding team, look no further than W Dental!

Dr Julie and her staff are always great. They definitely make the effort to know who their clients are and not treat you like random strangers. Our whole family goes to W Dental (including the kids) and it is always a super smooth experience (no drama!). They give you the info you need after/during your cleaning and answer any questions that might come up. It's also nice that they have TVs and headphones as a distraction during cleanings. I've never had any issues with billing or scheduling and they are always willing to help with any insurance issues or questions that arise. Dr Julie and her staff are great. I would highly recommend!

My experience here at W dental was the best experience I have ever received at a dentist appointment . I called in to ask some questions as well as concerns and my fear of being at the dentist as well as helping try to sort out my insurance plan it i had a tooth ach that felt excruciating painful. I love the fact of the responses as well as notifications I was being help via phone call aswell as text. Then I got to set up an appointment ment I loved how I was reminded and was still getting help with figuring out why my insurance plan did not go through and even tho it didn't work out with the insurance plan the cost was perfect for the check up and treatment what got me the most is upon arrival I was greeted by name which was said correctly and everyone introduced themselves to me which was awsome I felt like I was in safe hands and when it came down to the xray process there was no pressure or resistance when I had to bite on the xray square the hygienist was so sweet and kind and so gental and very fast and she made sure I was comfortable , Dr Julie is definitely a master of her craft an artist if you will when she examined my tooth and mouth it was very gentle and very fast with the treatment the only thing is the infected area was very tender and very sensitive I did not even feel her touching or releasing the infection it felt as if she was never working on my mouth which was amazing all I felt was the existing pain I had prior to the visit also very understanding of how I was feeling I was miserable before going in and was immediately felt better after meeting with Dr Julie and she worked her magic I am so greatful ! It felt so nice after Dr Julie worked on the infected area I was actually able to open my mouth and talk normal again the sheer instant relief it went from going in with emense pain and miserable to happy and and relief again in a matter of minutes at most I spent 6 minutes waiting and 10 minutes of diagnosis + xrays + treatment to prescribing antibiotics she was concerned that the infected fluids me get into my body most of all. I was well taken cared of and walked out a happy camper. W dental care is nothing short of outstanding n spectacular they now have a patient for life ! I highly recommend w dental care with your dental needs. All in all this is a great team in all aspects great location very very clean! And it broke my fear of going to the dentist.

Excellent Quality Patient Dental Care from the Doctor and Staff. Every one is Awesome and the office Mascot Stella always willing to lend a paw!!! Having a animal on staff helps to relieve the Dental Anxiety in some patients. Stella is so warm and kind ❤️ hearted to please and that sets the Ambience. I always have a wonderful experience coming to my Dental Appointments.

Dr. Julie Underhill is very proficient in her practice. She has keen eye for details ensuring her high quality of work . She exhibits a high level of precision contributing to lower incidence of complications. Dr. Julie is very compassionate. She always has time to listen to her patient’s concern. The office staff are friendly & efficient ensuring the timeliness of appointments. The dental offices are always very clean & offer parking spaces for their patients.

They definitely make you feel welcome and at ease. They make you feel excited about going to the dentist lol. It feels like a big family here and they really do take care of you! 🙂

Dr. Julie Underhill, all of her assistants (Hazel assisted yesterday at my appointment), and her entire staff is amazing! It is always a wonderful experience as they are extremely friendly, kind, hospitable, and professional. Going to the dentist is something I look forward to because I know I’ll receive high quality work on my teeth, and also get a chance to catch up with these amazing, talented ladies. I recommend them to anyone who is in search of a dentist. Five stars all around - prime location (close to so many awesome things in San Jose like Winchester Mystery House, Valley Fair, Santana Row, the best shopping and dining options in our area), easy parking (I had the reserved spot right in front of their office), customer service is superb, communication is great (they are so easy to contact for appointment changes and they will also get back to you if a follow up is needed- which is something I deeply appreciate as I am often forgetful and busy, and quality is always unmatched (I used to have a dentist that used old practices with outdated materials and procedures- unfortunately my teeth have suffered for it).
