Thursday evening at 8pm- I found myself frantically searching google for an emergency dentist after chipping my front tooth (I was absolutely horrified and couldn’t believe this was happening). I Located Vista Ridge Dental and was able to book an emergency appointment at 8am Friday with Dr. Patel. Friday morning, I walked into the office at 7:50 AM and was greeted with a smile and a lovely lady with a beautiful voice! I instantly felt very comfortable and felt that I was in the right place. After a few minutes of completing my profile and answering all the needed questions. I was called. A young lady introduced herself and walked me back to the room. We went through all of my concerns And she assured me, this has happened many times to many people. I felt a lot more calm and extremely impressed when she reiterated everything I told her in great detail step by step. To the person taking over my case. After the x-rays and all the images, I honestly felt like I was in a spa. Everything was handled so swiftly and with such perfection. Everyone that stepped in the room, treated me with the same amount of care and sensitivity. Everyone valuing my time and with urgency. I have to say I am so impressed! I shared my story with many people, including the before, and after pictures! I just want to say thank you to Dr. Patel and the entire staff for easing my fears, calming my nerves and making me feel like the most important person in your office! Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist office. Aka Dental Spa!! 💙

Been going here for about 4 years, and was considering leaving a year ago. They made some improvements by focusing on the patient, not overselling, and not making excessively scary diagnosis. This last visit sealed it for me with Javi doing the best job of any hygienist in my 50+ years of seeing a dentist, and the dentist keeping it simple and to the point. Great improvements team Vista Ridge!

Another great visit at Vista Ridge Family Dentistry. We have been coming here for years and the service is still excellent, the staff from the front desk could to the hygienists, and the Dentists are so kind and thoughtful. They all continue to put you at ease, strive to make you comfortable all while providing top notch care. We will not go anywhere else!!

I had a great experience at Vista Ridge Dental. Dr. Kerr and all of his staff were top notch. I do not care for the dentist but they made the visit very pleasant. The office seems to be a very positive atmosphere.

Vista Ridge takes wonderful care of me and I’m thankful I’ve found Dr.Chaney! I have incredibly high dental anxiety from past trauma I experienced but this office has helped me feel safe again. I have had iv sedation with Dr.Chaney on two separate occasions and he helps puts my anxiety at ease so much. He takes time to listen to you and answer all questions. If you are nervous from previous nightmare situations, believe me-this won’t be anything like that! Shout out to all the amazing staff who go above and beyond for their patients. I’m so grateful to have found my dentist and the right office for our whole family.

Great experience from start to finish. They got me in right in time, explained everything they were doing, and were always very careful to avoid causing pain. Their focus is your dental health rather than selling you things. Definitely recommend.

My family and I had been a patients here for a decade or more. We always enjoyed coming here, even when we moved further away, we would go out of our way to keep coming here every 6 months like clockwork. Recently, they started being very pushy on selling services or procedures that I did not ask for or weren't necessary. After some digging, I learned they were recently acquired by a large corporation which explains their shift from patient care to profit seeking behaviors. Very disappointed and legitimately sad that I now have to switch dentists.
