This is long overdue. I always have an easy time getting my teeth cleaned here because of Arcie. I am very sensitive and had seen several dentists before meeting her. She's very welcoming and always checks to make sure I am comfortable. Best of all, she's very gentle. I can't wait to bring my kids here to get their teeth cleaned by her. I would be so disappointed if she ever moved. I work in customer service, so I know how important it is, and that's why I am so comfortable with her. Highly recommend this place, the rest of the staff, and my new dentist.

Dr. Chen and his staff are amazing! I initially saw Dr. Chen for a consult to remove my permanent bonded retainers and have not stopped going back for my dental needs. Dr. Chen and his staff are professional, yet, friendly, compassionate and have gentle hands when working on your teeth. Not only that, but he is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable dentist. He’s always happy to share his expertise when asked and does a tremendously thorough job to ensure that he’s providing his patients with the best care possible. He refused to cement my crown because the color did not match my natural teeth (even though I said I was okay with it). Instead he sent the crown back to have a new one made. Patients are usually the ones that have to advocate for themselves, but not with this practice. Here, Dr. Chen and his staff do the advocating for you. So, if you want a honest dentist who takes pride in his work and confidence that you're getting the best service there is, then this office is for you. Plus, the office is always calm and clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have been going to Dr. Chen's practice for almost 4 years now and I really love it. The office is very clean and modern, and all of the staff members are very friendly. I have had issues with dentists in the past trying to add on treatments that were not necessary and I have never had that experience here. Dr. Chen and Maria the hygienist are always very honest and professional. I highly recommend this practice.

I've been going to Dr. Chen for a long time. Prior to seeing him, I had been through a LOT of different dentists and I was never completely happy with any of them. In all my experiences, Dr. Chen is the best. He's a skilled, knowledgeable dentist, but besides that, what makes going to him so painless is: 1. his staff is friendly, 2. his office is CLEAN, 3. plenty of parking, easy to get to (right off the freeway). I HIGHLY recommend!!

Ever since i have Visited Dr Chen`s Office my smile is only getting better and better. With such a great care, service and relaxing environment you just feel home. He is absolutely an amazing dentist. He worked with me with my insurance situation and his staff figured out a way for me to get the work I needed done. I had a root canal done and I was terrified, but I didn't feel a thing and I was comfortable the whole time. If you are terrified about going to the dentist for any reason like I was, Dr. Chen is definitely the guy to go see. He will make you feel comfortable and his staff is amazing.

My fiance was going to here first and introduced me to Dr.Chen and is amazing staff. I didn't want to smile anymore because my teeth were so bad; it had been about 9 years since I went to a dentist to get anything other than a tooth pulled. I needed a lot of work done in order to smile again 😁
