Dr Gonzalez is one of the best and is an excellent dentist. If this review were about him alone it would be 5 stars. However, his staff do not return calls or show care and compassion at all. They charged my husband a no show fee when I was sure we had called to cancel the appointment due to him having to go on a business trip. Been patients there for years and never missed an appointment yet they’ve had to cancel appointments on us at the last minute multiple times and we were always gracious and understanding. Sometimes it was even weeks out before they could get us rescheduled. But with the tables turned they extend no grace at all. Twice we had dental emergencies only to be turned away and told it would be 4 days before they could get us in. Asked to speak with the office manager and was told she would call us and she never did. Left voicemail for a call back from management and never received a call back. Even sent a letter trying to express our concerns to Dr Gonzalez himself and like most places I’m sure his staff opens the mail and didn’t bother to give it to him so we took our business elsewhere and now have a new dentist whose staff acknowledges and appreciates us and treats us with care and compassion.

I had an exceptional experience with Gentry Gonzalez and the entire staff at Valleydale Dental Associates. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was inviting and calming, which immediately put me at ease.

Dr. Gonzalez is truly a skilled dentist. He took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and answered all of my questions with patience. His expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout my entire visit. I felt confident that I was in capable hands.

The staff at Valleydale Dental Associates are outstanding as well. They were attentive, caring, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. The level of customer service I received was top-notch, and it's clear that they genuinely care about their patients.

I also appreciated the state-of-the-art technology and modern facilities at the practice, which further enhanced my experience.

Overall, I can't recommend Dr. Gentry Gonzalez and his team at Valleydale Dental Associates enough. They provide exceptional dental care in a friendly and welcoming environment. If you're looking for a dental practice that prioritizes your well-being and comfort, this is the place to go.

I had to miss lunch with my granddaughter and a splash pad date with my grandson due to my appointment. After driving 35 minutes to my appointment I was told on arrival they had to cancel. Offered a new appointment if I could wait two hours.?I called and gave them my info when I retired but I guess they didn’t update the system so I didn’t receive any notification they said they sent. They also did not verify my information when they booked the appointment. Always new people. Have gone to Dr Gonzalez for years but I guess it is time to look for a new dentist with an office staff that values my time as much as they value their own.

Do a decent job at teeth cleaning, but customer service here is unacceptable. Gonzalez acts too busy to spend time personally with clients for asking questions, etc. and runs out of the room as soon as he’s done with you. Front desk booked me for an appointment at a time that was outside of their operating hours, and then stood me up instead of offering to stick around the extra 15 minutes to serve me. After years of loyalty to Dr. Gonzalez, it’s no longer worth the trouble and I’ll be searching for a new dental provider.

Very professional, attention to detail, and friendly. Dr. Gonzalez and assistants do excellent work. Debra, Office Manager, is dedicated to patient satisfaction and is a good problem solver. Haley, Dental Assistant, does really excellent work cleaning teeth without any injury or pain. Dr. Gonzalez has provided excellent service to our family for 20 years. His professional judgment and skills are exceptional and we will continue to see Dr. G. and his team.

I really hate going to the dentist it was my 1st time going to Valleydale Dental Associates well let me tell you I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist office in my life Dr Gonzalez was absolutely wonderful he was very knowledgeable and went straight to my problem and fixed it and Oh did I say pain free!!! I highly recommend Dr Gentry Gonzalez I am so very happy I found this office and by the way he was recommend by a friend of mine.

Gentry Gonzalez coached my sons baseball team probably 8 years ago and we have been a customer ever since with positive results. This the best dental office ever!! Dr Gonzalez is such a great dentist and makes you feel comfortable with all procedures. From the first step I ever made into this office I felt so welcome. Lisa was my first person to talk to and she continues to be my friend and always offers to help. Debra also became my friend and also offers to help. You do not mind going to an office when you need dental help and being treated like part of the family. My teeth have always required a little extra help and Dr Gentry Gonzales and his wonderful staff make the call and visit one I don’t mind making. Many thanks for being the BEST!! ❤️
