This is the second time I have a surgery at this facility & both times have been equally great! ALL the staff were extremely nice, caring & professional. It was very clean & decorated beautifully for Christmas. Dr Gomez, the anesthesiologist was top notch, probably the best recovery I’ve ever had. Dr Fleury & her team were excellent. Keep up the great work Valley Hospital, it doesn’t go unnoticed.

My first impression after being wheeled into the OR was not the best to be honest. But the nurses and doctors were awesome. Everyone was so sweet. So helpful. So nice. We had a great experience with valley hospital and their staff. Thanks to the nurses on my ward, the nurses in pre op and in the ER.

Great place for post op surgery on hip orthopedic rehabilitation center its brandnew very good food and a intense 3 hours a day with personal physical therapist and occupational therapist. I honestly didn't expect it to be so nice AND they even allow your dog to visit you here How great is that?

Everyone in ER and in the Surgical ICU were awesome! Jose, Angie, Tim, Joanne, and Nop were attentive, friendly, and kept me informed about what was going on. The doctors quickly diagnosed me and treated my condition. Tim went out of his way on Christmas to find an open pharmacy which ensured I did not spend Christmas in the hospital.

The ER security is horrible. There was a group of 2 white women and 2 black men who were being disgusting and rude towards patients waiting to be seen. The securities on site (2) let it continue and were too busy on their phones to do anything.
My FIL is currently staying here and the nurses are horrible. They have a nasty attitude. They ignore the call button, don't come to check on patients. Both patients in the room have to constantly wait more than they should for help. We have to walk around and break up the nurse chat party to get any kind of help. My FIL asked 3 times for something he needed, they never brought it. They don't communicate with the doctors or surgery team. This is the worst hospital in Vegas.

I felt so comfortable while I was having my procedure at Valley Hospital Medical Center.
Everyone was so nice;so caring;so professional and very friendly. The other thing I want to report is that this establishment was so clean. I loved that! I am hoping I will be able to have any additional or future surgeries performed at this establishment. I will be asking my doctors about this.

I was visiting Vegas and on my last night, my gallbladder decided to put on a show and sent me to the ER. I was extremely nervous being an out of towner going to the hospital. Let’s be honest, not all hospitals give good care. But Valley Hospital Medical Center, was an amazing experience! From the minute I walked into the ER, everyone was kind, attentive and seemed confident in their skill sets. It was clean and organized, too. First, I had a student doctor and he was great. Then the M.D. came in and was awesome as well. My nurse was kind and smart and very attentive. They ordered multiple images and labs and all the techs showed up quickly and I received the results within an hour max. The hospital was great so if you’re in Vegas and have an emergency, this is the place to go!

I want to thank both, Nate, the nurse and Coliss, the CNA who took care of me. They were so understanding, patient, and kind. They listened to all my concerns and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Whenever I needed something, they were there right away. Their compassion and professionalism truly made a difference during my visit, and I’m very grateful for the excellent care they provided.
All the nurses did well. But I would definitely nominate those two for employees of the month.

I feel the cleaning could’ve been better, especially it being a hospital and so many different germs in a hospital.
