UPLAND dental is off the chart, as far as quality and professionalism is concerned. I had a challenging procedure with stages of repair that far exceeded my expectation of satisfaction. Upland Dental’s imagery equipment and technology is state-of-the-art. Their personnel staff are follow-through friendly and mindful of upcoming appointments to text and send reminders to prevent show-time misses. Dr. Hung is a Master Surgeon. His “on-point” analysis of your dental needs are phenomenal. He provides an explorational response of what he found in your examination; takes you on a journey of all available options and care available for your choosing. You will feel good knowing the depth of his review and his care plan for your procedure, with follow-up exams to ensure your care is progressing in the planned direction. You will know you are in good hands with Upland Dental.

Myself and my family have been going to Upland Dental in Wildomar for quite a while now and I love it. The way their appointments are set up is awesome. There’s hardly ever any wait time and the staff is very nice, informative, and very thorough. The office is very clean, and the lobby is spacious and comfortable. They offer dental and orthodontist. I never LOVE going to the dentist but I always know I am going to be taken care of when I go now that I have found a dentist that truly cares. The one major thing I appreciate is the kindness and you can tell you aren’t just another body. They remember you and it’s great that you don’t have to remind them of past visits. 😊 I have to have a ton of work done on my mouth so I trust this team. I have had a ton of botched procedures and never had an issue here.

The staff at their several locations is always friendly and helpful. The dentist and surgeon have wonderful customer support and make me feel comfortable even when my body is not responding properly to the procedure or if I am having anxiety or a panic attack. I highly recommend this dental group.

The dental staff was highly professional, but I was deeply disappointed by the dentist's approach during my visit. I had come to address a loose bridge, hoping for a solution, but I was taken aback by the dentist's initial comments. When I mentioned that I had the work done in France, he made disparaging remarks about Europe, which I found quite shocking and disrespectful.

To make matters more uncomfortable, he asked me to smell my own teeth, an unusual and surreal request. Later, he strongly recommended an implant, which felt like a pushy sales tactic rather than a genuine solution.

Overall, I found the dentist's behavior to be unprofessional, disrespectful, and with a hint of a scammer's approach. I've chosen to seek dental care elsewhere, as there are many other dentists available with better bedside manners.

Additionally, my wife was in need of dental consultation and cleaning, and I cannot recommend this clinic at all. We are actively looking for a better place with a dentist who maintains a higher standard of professionalism and ethics.
