Avoid Unique Care Endodontics - A Nightmare Experience

If you're considering Dr. Farah Abbassi for your dental needs, proceed with caution. I opted for her services due to insurance coverage, but quickly regretted it. While initially friendly, her rushed approach was unsettling.

The root canal was completed in a mere 45 minutes, which is far too quick for such a procedure and led to unfortunate complications. Adding to this ordeal was a significant overcharge, creating unnecessary financial stress.

For those prioritizing their health and finances, I strongly advise seeking a more dependable provider. My experience with Dr. Abbassi at Unique Care Endodontics was overwhelmingly negative, marked by hasty care and billing issues. Protect yourself by choosing a more reliable professional.

I have made two appointments (one in Santa Ana and one in Huntington Beach) and both have been cancelled in response to the doctor not being available. I have taken days off to go to these appointments in advance, but the doctor continues to cancel appointments. I believe the doctor is under the impression people are available to meet with the doctor whenever it’s convenient for them. It’s so unprofessional. I have not received any services for my tooth canal in the past two months. I’m going somewhere else.

I have never had a worst experience with a dentist in my life then Dr Farrah Abbasi. What kind of doctor would tell her patient that an infection with her tooth will eventually go away without antibiotics or medication and might take up to 2-3 years. Dr Abbasi did just that. After returning to her months after months because of the ongoing pain and swelling from the infection she would state that this infection will eventually go away on its own and she would belittle me in front of her staff in her office by stating that she was an educated doctor and that I understood nothing and send me home again. After two and a half years of the pain coming and going and going back and forth with doctor Abbasi about the infected tooth, I sought another endodontist and explained my experience with Dr Abbasi and he recommended to pull my teeth. Now, while pregnant and this infection getting as bad as it is has gotten not only is my health and well being at risk but also my unborn baby in my womb. I upload the photo that shows the tooth with 3 roots has been infected while last time I saw her and told her about it, she yelled at me and said it’s the other tooth and is not her work. So disappointing! Taking this action further and will update my review again!

After coming out from my dentist office telling me I need a root canal and not knowing what to expect in getting this treatment is a scary feeling. Dr. Abbassi and staff were kind , gentle and explained my procedure and what to expect was very comforting. The whole process went smoothly and fast ! Thank you Dr. Abbassi and staff for taking care of me and seeing me right away! Definitely recommend Dr. Abbassi !!

I’m not going to lie I’m an extremely picky person. Especially when it comes to my mouth or anyone coming near it. However, Dr. Abbassi and her staff at Unique Endo are by far the cleanest, kindest & most professional I’ve met. Her office was spotless, her staff was friendly & Dr. Abbassi made sure I was completely comfortable. I was terrified because I’ve had bad experiences with root canals at my previous dentist but after coming to Dr. Abbassi, I won’t ever go to anyone besides her for my root canals! I didn’t feel a thing and she also didn’t take hours getting the job done. I absolutely loved my experience!

Dr.Abbassi is very fast at doing treatment. I’m very pleased with her work. She is a perfectionist and makes sure her work is good before the patient leaves. She has been practicing for 19 years ! This really made me comfortable because I knew I was having someone with experience working on me. I would recommend Dr.Abbassi for any Root canal treatments.
