All staff was welcoming, pleasant, thorough and informative. Dr. Phillips himself took time to explain how the anatomy of my entire head had influence on my teeth plus more gems of wisdom. I left his office feeling empowered with tools to effect positive change in my own individual oral health. He didn't just give the typical one size fits all advice, and explained why he was going to focus on different things for my son and I. While my son and I have each had only one visit thus far, it felt like a more holistic approach from Dr. Phillips, and I really liked that. Thank you to all of you at Ukiah Dental; I felt personally well received and wonderfully treated by all of you.

I was super nervous about going to the dentist. I had neglected my dental health and put off dental appointments for far too long due to negative past experiences when I was young. Dr. Phillips and his friendly staff welcomed me with kindness and understanding. Despite the busy end of the year rush Dr. Phillips prioritized seeing me and even squeezed me in for a dental procedure the following day. He spoke to me directly about my treatment plan and explained everything to me clearly. He has been more than fair regarding insurance, co- pays and payment plan options. I will definitely return and redly recommend this office to friends and family! I appreciate the efforts made on my behalf and I am confident in his dental expertise I know I’m in good hands.

My last experience was good. Dr Phillips has had to overcome a number of significant obstacles to repair the damage. He is doing his very best to give me the best long term options despite the difficulties. I appreciate him caring about all aspects of my care. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This was my initial visit. The entire experience was so wonderful. The office staff are absolutely fantastic people. Dr Phillips was extremely thorough. Explained everything to me and provided me with a plan. Moving forward. I would highly recommend Dr Phillips.

Not happy! I was told in’s. Covered exams/xrays & I need to bring $125 for tooth repair because appt listed as emergency. If it was emergency then why they charge me $100 & send me away. They didn’t fix anything, told me come back in 4 months & bring $1000. Dr. Was bumping around & rough handed. Office mgr, English not 1st language, talked friendly & nice but fast talking, & confusing to me why I need to spend all this money, everybody’s rushing, kept me there 1.5 hours & didn’t fix the tooth & don’t accept any other insurance & don’t accept care credit.
