Dr Otto today was my very first visit with you I was not aware that your center was right here in front of the hospital I walked all over the hospital looking for you I had nurses calling I have six phone calls where I was calling to find out where you were and then I'm not seeing you because I am 10 minutes late I don't think that's very fair I think all new patients should have a little bit more time frame to make it to you I do not think it's fair at all the ones that have been coming that's on them but the new patients I think they should be allotted time for them. the lady at the front desk Elizabeth r was very uncompassionate very unfriendly very disrespectful very just all the way around of nasty person I don't even know why you have her if y'all have cameras please look at them the lady was very rude to I apologize to you for being late but I really was all over this hospital looking for you I need to see you sooner than 18th do to I have two types of cancer and I'm supposed to be doing 4 and a half hour treatments of chemo every Wednesday every other Wednesday I would really like to continue a relationship with you Dr Otto I have heard some very good things about you please get back with me as soon as possible to see you it's urgent thank you for taking the time to read this and listening to how I feel right now my anxiety is up cuz I've been all over the hospital and then I come in here and I get very well mistreated.
But that's okay she wants me to go to the doctor right that's right may God bless you and may you have a great evening.

Houston Methodist Cancer Center has amazing staff and employees. Unfortunately, the negative experiences we had were were directly having to deal with Dr. Odo's lack of bedside manner and seemingly lack of concern for her patient. However, we were fortunate to meet Dr. Naik during one of my mother's hospital stays and he is a wonderful, caring physician. If we could do it over, I believe under Dr. Naik's care and foresight my mother may have had more time with us. Regardless, the rest of the Cancer Center from nurses , administration, scheduling and infusion were outstanding.

I thank Dr. Odo is a great caring Dr I trust her with all my heart. She is very nice and cares about her patients if you have cancer go see her and trust her.

Yes this Cancer Center is located in front of the hospital in Baytown on Garth Road the receptionist at the desk are very sweet and gets you register really fast doesn't take but a couple of minutes and they call you back they take your vials and do very good job then you wait till the doctor comes in and Dr Otto the best there is very professional at everything she does she will ask you what brings you in today and let her know what you need and all the pain you
have if any and you and her together will work on getting you to feeling a little better so whatever it is let her know your pain is her pain so let's get this done / DR. ODO

Perfect experience, from being greeted at the front desk, meeting the assistant for check in, and discussions with Dr. Odo. She is very patient with explaining things in detail, extremely personable, and takes the time to listen to the concerns being presented. She makes it very clear that she is interested in you being comfortable with the path forward, and answers any questions presented about that path forward. I highly recommend. The visit could not have been any better than what it was.

Horrible Dr. Rude, no manners, no integrity on patients charts literally misspeaks, and lies. Remember patients have access to progress notes it's their right.

Horrible Dr & Horrible bedside manner. If you read she came from Abilene & has Horrible reviews from that facility also. Stay away from this provider at all cost.
