Terrible experience! Don't think some of them will be good dentists, especially pediatric dentists! As soon as we entered the room, she told my son, "could you kindly let me finish the inspection of your little sister? If you do, I will give you a sticker. My son is very cooperative, and the whole process is quiet!" Finally she said perfunctorily, sorry I have no boy's sticker here, goodbye! You make a promise to child first! And he did! You can imagine my son's embarrassed disappointed face!

First appt I was a bit intimidated, but everyone was so sweet and nice to my daughter and very informative. My daughter had to go through a procedure that scared me in order to prevent an infection, but they put my fear & doubt at ease throughout the whole process.

Thuan Le, DDS, PhD is awesome. He truly cares about the child that needs treatment! He even messaged us from his own mobile number after working all day to ask how my daughters infected molars were....he asked for pics of swelling and if she had a fever so they could start her on antibiotics which were not needed at this time... However i could tell he genuinely feels for my daughter and is sympathetic for her and the pain these infected molars with exposed nerves is causing her. I feel so helpless watching her suffer in pain all i can do is cry. But Dr. Thuan Le helped by showing that he cares. I love this USCF mission bay faculty!!! I know she is in the best hands possible and i know in my heart they will do all they can to help my daughter through this very painful time. I just pray the oral surgeon has a time slot for us as quickly as possible. I not only RECOMMEND the entire staff at this dentistry i commend them. There is no better pediatric dentistry in all of northern california! I honestly cant Thank you all enough!!! Were blessed to have you as part of the team providing my daughter dental care that she so desperately needs. And a special thanks to Dr. Le for his care and compassion for his patients. Specifically my baby girl (now 12) that is my whole world and my everything.

They basically ruin your teeth and shave your teeth and cut your gums so that you can develop problems earlier. Last time, they recommended that I should remove a teeth which was a little loose. I asked my family and they told me that they are not suppose to remove your teeth unless it is seriously cracked but is just a little loose. I have some advice for the entire Pediatric industry, if you cannot fix the problem, please don't even touch people's teeth. Every time I go to a dentist, the situation on my teeth gets worse and I just want a simple clean, not a deep clean where you are basically trying to destroy my teeth

Horrible! Just horrible!
Dr. Le is pure evil and showed no humanity to my terrified son!
De. Stewart is much nicer and shows empathy to all the patients.
