update - After Inposted my review they came in and took me to the xray. Things went a lot faster after that. Aside from the front desk staff (only saw when i checked in), everyone was friendly.

I've given them another star because my only complaint was the timing between inital triage and xray. But, that only makes it 3⭐ because I feel I wasted a lot of unnecessary time there. I doubt I would come back as my time is valuable to me, even if it isn't to anyone else. It felt like it was another night at work for them (no rush), but it was past my bedtime and, I am in pain so I just wanted to go home. Maybe I will be less irritated after I sleep.

So far not impressed. Front desk staff wasn't friendly at all. Triage nurse was pleasant, professional. Dr seemed alright. But, been here two hours just sitting in the triage room waiting for an xray. I have been out to use the restroom twice and the place is empty. what is taking so long?

I came to this er because it was closer. I won't make that mistake again. No one here but it is taking a very long time. I can hear staff having a great time but haven't heard them talking to any other patients. I don't see anyone when I go out to use the restroom. I don't hear anyone checking in. I am seriously considering leaving and driving across town to Memorial where I have gone in to a full lobby and been out quicker. This is ridiculous.

I was at Grandview for a hip replacement October 2025. From preop staff,the OR, post op recovery and on the orthopedic floor where I stayed over night; the nurses were attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I am an RN and a retired family nurse practitioner. I know what to look for in the staff. I have had the misfortune to be a patient at other hospitals in town. Grandview is head and shoulders over the others. If you have a choice, go to Grandview. You will get excellent care.

Had appointment for chest CT today. Takes about 20 minutes to get there, today it took 1 hour, got there right at my appointment time (for me that's 1/2 hour late) i told front desk that I25 was like a parking lot AGAIN. I was treated with respect, understanding, sent to radiology office, staff knew why I got there at the last moment and 5 minutes later I was getting in radiology room, done in 10 minutes. What a group of highly qualified professionals and great service they all do. I would recommend this business to all my family and friends

I went to Grandview hospital recently as directed by my medical professionals to rule out serotonin toxicity and hypertension. The nurses and nurse practitioner were all very friendly and did a great job telling me that "Everything was NORMAL." After giving me a liter of IV fluids. They never told me what the serotonin level was and said I should limit my salt intake. A bag of normal saline has 9 gm of sodium in it. She suggested I had numbness and tingling in my hands which I didn't have before... But now I do. To top it off I would have to eat 4-11 ramen noodle soups to equal the amount of salt they just gave me in the one bag of fluid. I just couldn't help after the fact to laugh about her advice to lower my salt intake after giving me 3.9 times the daily recommended dose in 30 min. This is why I am grateful not to be in the nursing profession anymore. I hung hundreds of bags of saline and never put two and two together until I was on the other side. P.S. I despise ramen noodles with a passion and my chest pain has since gotten worse. I didn't have high blood pressure because I'm old and my kidneys are failing. It was because of a med error by Gateway to Success prescribed me max doses of Cymbalta and Straterra which can cause two life threatening conditions serotonin syndrome and QT prolongation. I would have known sooner if given the opportunity to use the Internet or a phone sooner than just one week ago.

I was a patient at Grandview after a car accident beginning of October 2025 for about 3 hours. The care was average nothing to really talk about. Dr Collins is awesome.

The bill....well, over $16,000 dollars. What is being paid for? A CT scan and 2 Tylenol. No IV, blood pressure check a couple times. Yep all that for more than $16,000.

Uchealth improves physical lives and absolutely destroys them financially.

I was just in the ER diagnosed with classic sciatica. The doctor and all the staff were amazing. Friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and the process was smooth and efficient. All with minimal wait time.

I’ve had two major surgeries here and I loved the staff and the experience overall. The nurses are attentive, friendly and show a great deal of compassion. I feel like the speed at which they move and deliver services in incredibly fast while not sacrificing the level of care. This is 10/10 a stellar hospital.

Went for my scheduled Lung X-Ray imaging at the Radiology Dept per my Primary UC Health Provider. Can you say "Amazing facility, staff, and atmosphere!" My Radiology Technician, Bobby, was professional, caring, and provided exceptional patient services. The entire staff and especially Bobby, certainly lived up to UC Health's high standards. 5 Stars and 5 Thumbs Up for UC Health!

I was referred here from UC Health Urgent care. Was not even aware we had a brand new hospital and ER on N. Academy. A busy morning, yet everyone, starting with reception, was exceptional. They had already been notified and I was pre-admitted almost immediately. Nursing staff in the ER and the CT Scan folks were fast and professional, yet very caring and friendly. Dr. KIm walks on water and eats fire in my book on exceptional emergency medical care and diagnosis. 5 Thumbs Up for staff and ER physician!
