My experience was OK.
Dr. TSAI was very good, knowledgeable and gentle.
Their receptionist is OK.
I'm concerned about the dental assistant.
I don't know if she is new or inexperienced.
She gave my sedation pills before she asked me to chose the shade for my temporary. (She was reminded by Dr.Tsai)
She pinched my lower lip because she has long nails, when she took my dental impression.
You can't have a long nails if you're working on a medical field. And long nails harbors bacteria no matter how you wash or sanitize your hands.
She kept reminding me to open my mouth during procedure. She should have placed a bite guard placed on my mouth to keep my mouth open during the procedure. It's hard to keep your mouth open if you're under sedation .
When I got my temporary it's way too dark than my teeth. I remember I chose the closest to the color of my teeth.
The temporary does not fit well . Probably I'm still swollen. And the dental assistant or tech forgot to place an apron or bib on me so I don't drool on my shirt.
My sutures are sticking out. That means she did not cut it closest to the knot.
It's poking my mouth.
I just hope that they improve or change their dental assistant or tech. I had an extensive dental procedures in the fast and I know when a dental tech or assistant knows what they are doing.
This is an out of pocket produce. Considered aesthetic per dental insurance.
If I paid out of pocket. Don't I deserve a better service?

Dr. Tsai is great and very professional. He makes sure that you’re in good hands. He does follow up calls right after the procedure to ensure his patients are well. His staff are friendly and helpful.

Dr. Tsai is amazing. He took the time to explain everything in great detail and examined every millimeter of my mouth. His staff are very friendly and organized. I highly recommend his office for your periodontal needs!

Sally is the most knowledgeable hygienist. She is excellent at explaining and giving tips to take better care of my teeth, also very kind. Tara is exceptional as well. Dr. Tsai is an excellent periodontist. He did a gum grafting procedure on me 2 years ago and it came out excellent. And he just did another one for me a few days ago and it's looks great. He is professional, kind and a perfectionist. I highly recommend him.

Dr Tsai and the whole team, especially Kiley, were fantastic to work with, and they did a wonderful job on my case. They made sure I was happy and followed up several times to get the procedure just right. I highly recommend them!!!!!
