This was my first visit at this dental office. The atmosphere walking in is very welcoming. Sitting area is relaxing. Front staff are welcoming and efficient. Dental assistant very nice and friendly as what the dentist. What I like is everyone works week together as a team. Equipment appears to be state of the art and they are there to do a great job and not to sell services. I was concerned about my insurance covering the X-rays and was told, “don’t worry, we need these, you won’t be charged.” ?. Overall a very great experience, this will be my new dental home. They have a great sense of humor, as well! ?

Excellent care! My first time there....just a walk-in for a consultation. The front staff was awesome, they got me in same day. Dr Han and her assistant were wonderful, explained everything, answered all my questions. Bonus: they were able to take care of me that same day! I don't have insurance and their prices were very reasonable. I'm one satisfied customer and happy I found my new dentist.

Non insurance plans are very affordable! People are amazing! Very comfortable vibe and interior design. VERY high tech detailed exams and educational experience!! They really take the time to help you know how and why things happen the way they do, so you appreciate the work they need to do and even more importantly the work YOU need to do in order to stay healthy AND beautiful!!! I think that motivated me the most to start taking care of my teeth and doing that dreaded flossing I have always been told to do. Great experience! Thank you!!

I absolutely love TruSmile Dental! I had my 3rd appointment today and I am very confident to say that I have found my dental office close to my home in Lake Norman. My hygienist was Angela today and she was amazing. She was so gentle and was very attentive to everything and she made me feel so comfortable. The office staff is always so friendly and upbeat and the dentists are great. Dr. Choi was my dentist today and he was fantastic as usual! I would highly recommend this dental office.

The service was excellent very professional and friendly staff. The dental assistant made me feel very comfortable she went out of her way to make me feel better about the way I had taken care of my teeth. The doctor was gentle with me and explained every process the hygienist even came over and took a look and explained hygiene care with me. Front office staff took the time to explain billing i love this facility.

My family and I have been patients here for a few years now and it's always a great experience. We love Angela! She is so gentle and nice and all of the office staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Han is a wonderful dentist who takes the time to explain things and is always very friendly. Highly recommend!
