I had a tooth infection over the Thanksgiving holiday and was in horrible pain. The first person I talked with was Karla (front desk). She was a life save lifer in contacting dentist for an Rx, getting appt scheduled and following up with calls to see how I was doing. I'll never forget her kindness. When I got to my appt I met Dr Brown. He's really professional, patient, kind and explained everything so I'd understand (I'd needed an apicoectomy). He has this easy going way of making a person feel really relaxed and comfortable and that's an quite a skill when his patients are usually in pain and have some level of anxiety. The rest of his staff- dental assistants and the front desk were also equally professional, pleasant, sweet and welcoming. I'd definitely refer Dr Brown at Tri City endodontics.

Dr. Sherman, Dr. Monroe, Dr. brown and Dr.Finn and their team were incredibly professional and compassionate. They took the time to explain the procedure in detail, addressing all my concerns and ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. The office environment was clean, modern, and welcoming, which helped ease my anxiety.

Had a bad experience with these root canal specialists. They also had little to no 'bedside manners.' The endodontist was just too rough during the root canal treatment. I've had several root canals by other groups, and this group just didn't meet my expectations.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Dr. Mike Sherman and TriCity Endo. Dealing with the pain of a fractured tooth was incredibly distressing and the pain was gnawing. Worsening by the day. Dr. Sherman's prompt and efficient care made all the difference. His clinical expertise was evident as he swiftly addressed the issue, providing much-needed relief. Would like to give a big shoutout to Dr. Monroe & his awesome team for providing painless & cost effective experience at this clinic. Dr. Monroe performed a painless root canal therapy with complete high tech scans and X rays taken by his wonderful assistant Laura. Dr. Monroe was very thorough in explaining the crucial Details of the tooth and outlined root canal procedure in detail. Performed the therapy in about an hour with 10/10 finesse.
They were very genuine and honest with the overall cost of the treatment.
It’s been more than 24 hours now with no pain or after effects . Dr. Monroe called himself in the evening to check up on me and thought that was really nice of him to do that .

I would highly recommend Dr. Monroe for root canal treatment.
