I had a very disappointing experience at Town Center Dental Group. I went in for their new patient special, but after the X-rays and exam, I was told I didn't qualify for their discounted cleaning. Instead, they recommended several treatments that were vague and focused on potential issues in the future—not immediate concerns. It felt like they were using scare tactics to push unnecessary services, and the whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth, literally.

I decided to get a second opinion from another local dentist offering a similar new patient special. None of the "future problems" that Town Center Dental warned me about were even mentioned, and I was able to get the normal cleaning at the discounted rate as promised.

What really confirmed my suspicions about their sales tactics was when I requested my exam notes, recommended treatments, and cost breakdown in writing, but after sending three emails and making two phone calls, I never received a response. It was clear they didn't want to provide documentation that could be questioned by another dentist.

It felt like Town Center Dental Group was more focused on selling me unnecessary treatments than actually providing honest care. I won’t be going back and would advise others to be cautious as well.

I'm went at noon for x-rays and teeth cleaning. When the lovely dentist diane came in, she talked to me about a new crown and perhaps a root canal that was ,all fine. A young man did a scan. And an impression, 3 different times until they got it right, by now, I had been there an hour and a 1/2 pictures were taken. Another scan was taken more impressions were taken by now. It's 2 o'clock. Finally, my dentist comes in.Removes the crown ,don't need the root canal yay! And they proceed to put on the temporary so that I can leave, by now. It is 3 o'clock and I can think of absolutely no reason why I should have had to have sat in that chair from noon until 3 to have a very small Crown removed. And a temporary put on. I did not even get my teeth cleaned. I will have to come back for that. And I'm being charged $870 for the privilege of having my entire afternoon wasted sitting in a dentist chair, everyone's most favorite place to be. I was not happy.I'm still not happy

I got 3 wisdom teeth out with Dr. Sami. His team was very friendly and efficient! The swelling was minimal and my recovery was super quick. No issues at all! And when I had billing and insurance concerns, Victoria at the front desk was super helpful and reassuring. One of my best experiences with a dental office!

Dr. Jadali is fantastic—he always addresses my dental needs with great care and expertise. His staff is equally stellar, consistently providing top-notch service with professionalism and kindness.

A special shout-out to Ronak Dabo, their hygienist, who delivers the best cleanings every single time. She’s thorough, gentle, and makes every visit a pleasure.

I always have such an amazing experience at this office. The front staff is very professional and friendly. They have excellent communication and they always answer any questions or concerns i may have. The back staff is very thorough and efficient. They do an excellent job with my family’s dental work, and they are great with kids! I am so thankful to have found a dental office that takes care of me and my family so well. 10/10 recommend!
