The entire TAUC staff was amazing! We came on a Saturday evening after my 8 year old son had an accident that tore an opening in his gums and got them stuck in his braces. It was very traumatic for us but everyone from the front desk to the assistant to the provider were beyond friendly, caring and helpful. The provider, Ryan, had a great bedside manner and worked with patience and determination to care for my son. I doubt he does oral surgery every day, but he did a fantastic job! I would recommend this team to anyone. We were so thankful for them.

I was seen within ten minutes of arriving, which was amazing! I have seasonal asthma and my ears started ringing. They truly listened and let me speak at my own pace, which I appreciated so much since I had lost my voice. I’m so happy I decided to come here — 10 out of 10 experience! I was admitted quickly. The doctor, assistants and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was set up with a comprehensive plan to resolve my medical issue and was given prescriptions on site preventing me from having to make another stop at a pharmacy. Overall it was an exceptional experience for someone experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort. I would highly recommend this facility and will definitely utilize them in the future.

I cannot recommend Total Access enough! After a very disappointing experience at another urgent care where they expected me to walk in on a broken foot without offering a wheelchair, my son and I decided to go elsewhere. Within minutes of arriving at Total Access, I was registered and a wheelchair was promptly brought out for me.

From start to finish, the staff was kind, thoughtful, and extremely efficient. They had me in right away, took x-rays on site, and within an hour I had already met with the physician and left with a referral to an orthopedic surgeon. The wait time was virtually nonexistent, and every employee I encountered showed genuine care and professionalism.

Total Access truly went above and beyond to make a stressful situation so much easier. Their kindness, thoroughness, and efficiency are unmatched. Thank you to the doctors and staff—you’ve earned my highest recommendation!

This is my #1 place to go for my urgent care needs. They really know what they are doing and are really good at it. You can get everything you can at the emergency room without all of the hastle, for me with my health insurance it is cheaper than the emergency room also. I definitely recommend this place

Everyone here was so kind and went above-and-beyond to make my child feel comfortable and taken care of. We arrived right before closing time because my son had just been injured, and he ended up having a broken arm. Not only did they accomodate us so late in the evening, but they were attentive, comforting, and incredibly sweet to him throughout the whole process. I can't recommend this urgent care enough!!

This was my 2nd urgent care in a week for my symptoms as I was so nervous I was going to be dismissed again. Every single person from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctor was incredible. It was a breath of fresh air. The time and quality of care they took was something you don’t find often, coming from a medical background myself. 100/100 will recommend and go to for when I can’t be seen by my regular physician.
