Amazing doctor and staff. I had lots of anxiety seeing a new dentist and Dr. Rafi was patient and talked through my options. The staff is so friendly and efficient. This was probably the best dentist experience I had even when I had some major work done. I will never go anywhere else.

Waited almost an hour to be seen, they take like 18 x-rays for some reason and the person doing mine kept messing up, then I had to wait another half hour for my actual teeth cleaning.

I normally don't mind going to the dentist but for some reason my cleaning was super abrasive. Left with my teeth feeling very sensitive and sore for several days, which has never happened before.

I felt like my time was not being respected and I didn't appreciate that the dentist working on my teeth kept stopping to talk to other people. Again, shouldn't have had to wait so long to be seen either.

I ended up being late to work even though it's down the street and I blocked out quite a bit of time for this. Also kept getting vague answers about whether they took either of my insurances, as this place's out-of-pocket rates are extremely high for a first timer because of how many x-rays they take.

I first came to Toluca Dental Studio back in 2019. I must say I am very pleased with Dr. Delakyan and his attention to detail and dedication. I appreciate their time in being so efficient with my dental treatment. Usually with major treatments like Implants turnaround time can be long but Toluca Dental Studio was able to take care of all my dental work before leaving out of the country for the summer. Thank you to the whole staff for everything they do! I highly recommend Toluca Dental Studio to anyone looking for the right dental office.

In 2021, I came to this office for dental treatment and paid out of pocket for extensive work, spending around $2,500 in total. Now, just three years later, I've had to redo all of it. My current dentist, who is thorough and highly skilled, was shocked by the condition of my teeth. Despite being told I'd receive a crown, this office placed a large composite overlay and filling, but didn't remove the cavity underneath. Now, I'm paying for an actual crown on that tooth. Luckily, my dentist caught the decay before it required a root canal.

It's frustrating and disheartening to think about the poor quality of care I received here. As patients, we trust dental professionals to do the right thing because we don’t have the expertise to check their work ourselves. The way I was treated here was unacceptable, and it’s disappointing that this office failed to provide the care I needed.
