Good office people !
We ran into some huge problems and the office staff were all courteous, respectful and caring and took care of everything fast as they should. Thankyou to all you girls in the office for being honest

Under Dr. ottos care the cleaning was superb. 1st time under The new management of Dr. Bawja I was left with sub par cleaning and was made to think it was my fault for my poor hygine. Dr. Ottos tech’s never said anything and just did a fantastic job of cleaning. I wish Dr. Otto was still my dentist. Second time cleaning with Dr. Bawja things went better but I feel im training the technician on how to clean plaque off my teeth . Hopefully they can become my go to dentist or I am leaving.

I received excellent service on my last visit. I was taken to the room before my appointment time. The hygienist who helped me explained everything she was doing as she went through the process. In addition I have felt welcome by Dr. Bajwa and all of the others with whom I had contact.
After my last routine visit I had Dr. Bajwa order a tooth whitening kit. There again I was treated courteously with a full explanation as to what to expect. When the supplies arrived the hygienist explained the entire procedure and the results I can expect.
I am completely satisfied with Dr. Bajwa and his staff. I am pleased that he started his practice here. I look forward to many more visits.

On my second visit I was treated much the same as on my first visit. The receptionist and the dental hygienist were very cordial, and I am very pleased. I look forward to further appointments.

Dr.Bajwa and his staff are very careful and always checking how the patient is feeling. I will miss Julia and Dr. Otto but they deserve a great retirement. Dr. Bajwa is a wonderful replacement. My teeth feel great after they've been cleaned or repaired. The office staff does their job carefully and are just as friendly. I would highly recommend Regal as the place to go for your dental needs.
