I have been waiting to get my first appointment with a new dentist before posting this review. I have never written a review before, but this seems important.

I initially decided to look for a new dentist after a bad experience with Dr. Taylor. After quoting me for hundreds of dollars of work to be done over a couple appointments, I needed some time to save up money. During that time, I still prioritized all three of the cleanings they recommended (which was more than was ever recommended to me throughout a lifetime of going to the dentist.) When I finally felt ready to set those appointments for repairs (mind you I had no pain whatsoever) after about year, I went in for my third cleaning and he came in the room unexpectedly with an unkind attitude and immediately asking why I hadn’t been coming in for the repairs. The way he communicated with made me feel shamed, extremely uncomfortable and sad. After he left, the hygienist apologized and finished the cleaning. I had a gut feeling that I would be better off getting a second opinion.

My new dentist said my teeth were healthy and great and that I did not need any work.

They are quick to return your calls, don’t leave you on hold, make follow-up calls to see how you’re doing after procedure. I highly recommend this dentist and his office.

Dr Taylor very professional. I have been going to him since 2009. He has excellent equipment and shows me problems with small camera. Example is cracked tooth. It didn't hurt but why wait. All his staff have been very helpful. He took on my husband who had many issues. He knows when to refer to an Endodontist for root canals. We have both been very pleased with his services.

I have had many terrible experiences with dentists in my past. From that, I would get anxious at dental appointments. The entire staff has helped me to have a better experience with my dental care. Everyone is so kind and considerate. I now have almost no fear with going to see the dentist. Thank you all for being so warm and inviting. Dr Taylor is the best dentist that I have met in my 37 years. I am confident that choosing this office was a great decision.

Growing up in a military family, I moved many times and had to endure numerous dentists. Dr. Taylor is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. He is caring, direct, intuitive, and efficient. He is very professional, yet still cares about each patient individually. He was very straight-forward in letting me know about what work I needed done, and I appreciated his direct style of communication. He really does care about what's best for each patient. I am so thrilled to have finally found a dentist I hope to stay with for a long time!

This was literally the best dental experience I've ever had. I am a college student who didn't (up untill now) have a primary dentist in the area. He and his staff were professional, kind, and knew what they were doing. Also the environment was spotless. I can not believe how great the quality of work Dr. Taylor produces is. I am so grateful.

Dr. Taylor is a wonderful dentist. He has detailed directions for before and after difficult procedures that all but eliminate your pain. I've had cleanings more painful at other dental offices than Dr. Taylor's crowns. Absolutely the best. Bar none.
