Had an excellent surgical experience. Everyone was attentive, polite, and professional. Holly and Alex took great care of me in pre-op and explained everything. My OR team including Tamara, Mustafa, James, Genevieve, Mel, and more; put me at ease. Also, a big thank you to all that I don’t remember because of the Anesthesia. There was great communication with me and my family throughout the whole process.

I went for mammograms & ultrasounds. The level of competency love caring & super intelligent staff. Adrienne & Jackie in mammograms go above and beyond. Their work ethic is outstanding! Then in ultrasound is Hannah & Francesca so kind so caring & gentle yet strong. Both departments treated me like I was their sister. I felt so loved & appreciated each time I went. The Administration office is very competent and friendly. They took excellent care of me prior to the tests. I would highly recommend TGHCR to any person who needs care. The hospital is so clean even the restrooms. I will come back to have any mammograms or ultrasounds to TGHCR & the wonderful staff.

During a recent visit with my mother, we received the absolute best of care. My mom said she was so comfortable and just fell in love with Leah during her MRI. Great job to your staff👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

So I have an AWESOME review for the initial first 8 days. Now I am standing outside of my Mom’s Hospital room because they gave her something to cleanse her.well it’s been not too pretty and pretty humiliating. My Mother has fallen 4 times . None on my watch. Hospitals, discharge her and we are right back in the ER. There s an EXTREME SPECTRUM in this Hospital. U have the nurses that call me AT HOME AT MIDNIGHT out of the goodness of her heart. Then you THINK you are walking in to FINALLY an establishment of competence. And then they freak out and scream at u because no one is helping her to the toilet so it turns to a big accident. I have walked her to the bathroom and back about 8x a day at home so to have everyone come running about 6 mins to late should probably tell me “ thanks”!!!! We’re super swamped. So I hate that my 5 stars changed upon discharge. But these reviews USUALLY help correct mistakes or nasty behaviors. I loved Angie , she actually would come and see her all the way from ICU! and caught her eradicating heart rate . But she skyrocketed while sleeping and she’s just I guess a Guinea pig til they figure out why it’s so low and high. I’ve heard so many horror stories I refuse to not share EVERYTHING I experience. They are super busy and irritable. And I understand 12 hour shifts suck but I work back to back doubles for years. Get a different job if u don’t have the empathy and patience. And tolerance as well would help!!!

Went into the cath lab 29 September 2025 they were fantastic. Can’t thank them enough. First time and I was very nervous, but they put me right to ease and took really good care of me.
